  1. Ok. So now I haven't played the game for almost a week. After hitting level 50 and getting full T2 there is not much to do. Next content patch will just add the same old thing. There is nothing unique or intresting at end-game that other games haven't done better. SWTOR was fun, but to me it was just a one month game. $50 for 10+ days of actual in-game play time was well worth the money. I hope they one day expand the class missions, the storyline and things like that, things that makes a BioWare game since the current 1:1 WoW end-game is not for me, experienced it under several years already. Well it seems like they are going to focus on this direction, the so called 'WoW end-game', which is a shame in my opinion. The end-game offers features and mechanics that are 4 years old now, which most of us have experienced over and over, some people likes it since they know nothing else. Maybe I'm delusional for expecting some kind of BioWare miracle at the end-game stage that felt meaningful other than just a weekly task in hope of the RNG favoring your loot. So let the personal attacks and flame commence. I'm just a customer saying I'm done being a customer come thursday, or actually since tuesday last week, haven't logged in since. SWTOR, the journey was great, but the destination is outdated, bugridden and lacking originality.
  2. You're right. BioWare have failed at their end-game. It is weak, shallow and a 1:1 copy of what WoW had at The Burning Crusade launch. There is nothing unique and intresting about SWTORs endgame. It's basically not fun anymore and too easy to burn through (if it isnt bugged or seriously overtuned), the only thing you can do is start another character and level it. Me and my entire guild have cancelled their subscriptions. It seems to be that WoW have killed most future MMOs due to them emulating WoWs endgame, it's sad but true. This game should have not been released with the current state of it's end-game, since it's ridden with bugs, too easy or severely overtuned. One might argue that it should be due to it just being released, $300 million dollars and a major gamebreaking bugs that have existed in beta for months that has not been addressed, there should be no excuses, it's broken and many needed features are still in their design phases. But there is hope, Diablo 3 might arrive this spring, a game that will have better end-game both PvP and PvE than this horrible experiment. TL;DR BioWare should stick to single-player RPG's, they can't create a solid end-game just emulate WoWs end-game, Diablo 3 will have a more solid end-game, cancel your sub and wait for it or re-roll and enjoy the leveling in SWTOR since there is nothing else of substance.
  3. BioWare is doing it so great on it's own. The ruining part. Or maybe it's our fault for rushing to end-game finding that it's a 1:1 copy of WoW:TBC, except it is broken beyond reason with gamebreaking bugs from several months in beta. Have you even read most of the developers posts? Many essential features is in the design stage. This game is great for casual gamers though, I can't deny that. I guess you'll have to give this game a couple of months or maybe a year until it has a sustainable end-game that's worth subscribing for but that will be too late since Diablo 3, an unreleased game seems more promosing than $300 million SWTOR, it has better PvP and PvE.
  4. So something so simple as being able to flag yourself as a healer or tank in a LFG system in an MMO that cost $300 million to develop is just in IT'S FREAKING DESIGN STAGE? It the end-game also in it's design stage? Since it's majorly broken and it's the only thing to do now other than leveling another character to level 50 and farm the same gear and then what? This game burns through quicker than any MMO I have played. Why can't you be more open and honest? There is a overwhelming amount of things that needs clarification and communication, the customers deserve to know if it's worth subscribing or hold off until the game is fixed for a certain niche of players, which is a fair amount of the playerbase. The "rush to end-game" players who have nothing to do now, since most futures seems to be in it's "design stage".
  5. Yeah. They took all the ****** old features of WoW and kept them. Dual talent specs. makes fore heightened amusement. But instead BioWare basically say, we want this game to be more tedious! $300 million and they got another Rift. Since VA won't matter at end-game, it was a nice touch while doing your class mission but in most cases a timesink that you just 'spaced' through.
  6. Damn BioWare aren't aware for major gamebreaking bugs from months in beta that will push away alot of players? They rushed this game release. Me and my guilds barely play this game anymore, we discussed renewing two days ago and most people do not want to renew, since there aren't any content left, and if it is, it's bugged. Paying a recurring fee for a game that have ****** PvP, ****** PvE and no response from the devteam/community manager regarding major bugs in the PvE end-game is more of a proof that they are streamlining end-game content in hopes of stringing people along. Nah, the end-game is complete crap, the content that isnt bugged is easy to burn right through, the PvP is lackluser since there is not rated warzones, no arenas. I doubt this game will be improved in the coming 10 days, they will lose alot of subscribers for February if there is no huge fix to the many end-game bugs. A rushed product that was a fun leveling experience, PvP was fun until it turned out to be just a grindfest, no arenas, no rated warzones. End-game is easy to burn through, if it's not bugged, which many encounters are and no real response from dev team. THIS EQUALS ALOT OF CANCELLATIONS! Atleast there is Diablo 3 soon, that will have loads of more to do at end-game both in PvE and PvP than a $300 million dollars game called SWTOR that is broken to it's core.
  7. The Boarding Party is very doable. It's called hardmode for a reason. I like how Boarding Party is, your DPS should not slack, save defensive cooldowns on tank _IF_ you hit enrage on the healer. If you encounter enrage you aren't geared enough for the last boss easy as that, it drops T2 gloves it should be hard. I'm all for tuning up The Battle of Ilum, False Emperor, Directive 7 and Black Talon as well since they are too easy. Revan is bugged, deal with it the best way you can or roll Republic.
  8. Yeah. We should be thankful that BioWare is able to fix a MAJOR BUG FROM SEPTEMBER 2011, that hinders you from getting access to fastes way to earn credits on a daily basis at level 50. After all it's just a couple of 100k credits. It's evident that you aren't an end-game player that wants to maximise your profit and effieciency. I doubt you are level 50, well geared and doing some of the end-game content that have been broken for several months apparently, had to hear this from general beta testers rather than BioWare telling their customers about their game being broken, which is dishonest and immoral. I guess one must be a casual gamer to appreciate this game and BioWares work until hitting end-game one year after release when they fixed the abundant amount of broken mechanics of BioWares 1:1 clone of World of Warcrafts end-game.
  9. I will for sure cancel my subscription if I do not get reimbursed the credits and daily commendations frp, the missions I am unable to do because one major gamebreaking bug is not fixed due to the BioWare devs are being incompetent, they only seem to be able to copy World of Warcraft mechanics and not correct their own mistakes. I told CS this in a ticket, my response to the ticket was not even related to the issue about Bounty Hunters not being able to continue on to Ilum. Seems like they've outsourced their CS to some illiterate 3rd world country that can only reply with random templates. 1/10 Customer Support. 1/10 Efficiency on dealing with gamebreaking bugs. Me and my guildmates are rather bored with this game already, we've been level 50 for a couple of days now, and this Bounty Hunter bug is not even close to the most annoying ang gamebreaing (150k credits each day would be nice though). There are too many gamebreaking bugs that hinder progress and from what I've heard these have been in beta for a long time, it seems like BioWare have rushed an unfinished product believing they would fix these major bugs regarding several end-game content before alot of people reached it. The most appaling thing is that they punish people that do nothing wrong but utilizing the game mechanics, ie. BioWare have no level restriction on farming resource nodes, and people who sliced at Ilum that werent level 50 were severely punished. tl;dr BioWare devs and Customer Support are crap, I will cancel subscription of I do not get the credits and commendations I miss out on since game is broken and there were no hotifx (hotfix as in forced to chose light choses) despite BioWare haveing prior knowledge to this before people in retail came to that point in their class mission.
