  1. Not true, at least for BT. Off the top of my head i have encountered 3 different versions of the instance based on the choices. In most, the captain is killed. In two other versions Ive seen the captain live and in one of those versions a chest with extra loot was left at the bottom of the stairs. Luckily no one was skipping cutscenes yet or i never would have discovered that. I havent done any of the other FPs yet so i dont know about any of the others.
  2. http://www.olganon.org/ I'm not gonna call it a great troll. You should have read up on release dates before you bothered posting.
  3. QFE/QFT. I don't have time to wait in queues. I'll go back to playing EQ2 or WoW if this continues.
  4. Hence why they are Decemberists instead of Decembrists.
  5. GamewizX is correct. You won't be billed for the first 30 days but you do have to have some sort of subscription information entered before the grace period ends in order to continue playing. If you don't believe it, then you can see it for yourself at https://account.swtor.com/user/account. In the left hand box they list all the steps you need to take in order to have an "active" account. One of those steps is indeed subscription information.
  6. Because most people don't realize, because they don't read the ToS from those various digital downloaders, is that they usually set a time limit on how long they will make digital downloads available from their server(s). EA's used to be 2 years but may have changed. Considering that I have played Sims for about 10 years (Everquest for even longer), any digital downloads would have long since expired. The first one I remember them offering was in 2005 or 2006, their Holiday expansion pack for the Sims. They may continue to offer it out of the goodness of their hearts (I don't know), it is not something I can count on. Having a box that I can install onto my 10th computer works just great for me. I'm glad that you are happy with your DD but personally I would rather have a "hard copy" in my hands and not have to worry about receiving my item from a third party in the future. It is the same reason I don't use Amazon's Cloud drive to store my music, or iTunes, or any of those other places you can buy digital stuff. I can buy a hard copy of most stuff and convert it to a digital format myself.
