I totally 100% agree. Racism and the like has no place in the game. Someone roleplaying their favorite character has no negative effect on the economy, the well being of the playerbase or financial interests of Bioware. It actually may increase their sales.

Except that Bioware themselves has stated that subs are the highest they have been in the last 3 years. Not to mention the Cartel Market is doing well still. Games downsize and that's regular. It's not a factor in a game's health or not. I log in and can find a group near immediately which can't be said for most MMORPGs. There's no need for the attitude really. There are added rewards for gameplay and it runs for a few months. Play the game and get extra rewards for a limited time. That sounds like an event to me. You all seem like you're having your first borns ripped away from you because they want to bring you extra rewards. I highly doubt the same team that designs raid boss mechanics is working on this event. And yes, it's a textbook definition of an event whether you want to recognize it or not. I'm really excited to have that cool trooper looking armor along with the Cartel Market items that I won't have to pay an extra dime for. Sadly the bots have evolved. They are now untargetable. It would be nice if BioWare could do their jobs.
