It's frustrating that you have basically had this date for Updating out for a while and then at the last minute postpone it. You havd had four months to prepare this. How can there be anything wrong you didn't notice before? Seriously, I usually don't complain about delays, but this is ridiculous. I would say you do owe your subscribers some compensation for this. We have been looking forward to this update, and an apology and continuing the CXP/XP bonus is not enough.

To some level I agree it hasn't worked, especially for players like me who don't PVP or do operations that much. But I still believe you get the furthest with constructive criticism, rather than yelling to the devs saying "either you remove this or you WILL loose your entire player base". The information they need to change the system is given by players who critisize and reports on what is wrong, rather than saying they have to remove a game wide implementation right away. Which I suspect will not be possible, without changing the way the game works even further, because of what changes GC did bring along.

I am not trying to chase people away. But quite frankly it's getting riddiculous what people say and threaten to leave, instead of giving solod criticism. Complaint won't help you much and it seems more like a kindergarden than an MMO for supposedly adults. Therefore it is beyond me why those who complain as many as you people do, still plays, when yiu are obviously bothered by how it is run and how things progress in-game.

You guys really need to stop being so negative about it. The RNG of GC is in no way worse than what it used to be with the drop on Ops bosses in my opinion. And I doubt they will remove it. So either play or don't. Just know, that if people keep leaving the game, the game will seize to be online, and then it's goodbye to the last ongoing source we had to the Expanded Universe lore. So in advance, a sarcastic thanks for that. Because they won't make anything new from the old lore because of Disney. If you keep complaining about what something like the Galactic Commad system, which sounds like it ruins the entire game experience to you, then what the f... are you still doing here, as you can't play past level 70 without having to deal with it now. Either enjoy and let the devs do their hob, which quite frankly isn't as easy as you seem to think it is, or leave the game. You won't be missed, because there are actually players who do enjoy this game.

Eric, thanks for the update. Speaking as one who does not do that many operations or PVP, could it be possible that there would be Unassembled Gear Tokens and Pieces into the RNG of the CXP crates? I feel like in some ways that would help a lot. I can't speak for everyone else, but I think it would only be fair, so that players, who like me, focus on dailies and story content, also can have a chance to get geared faster. Can't wait for Iokath. Ignore the haters. But do listen to those who have a solid opinion pointed out in these threads.

Most people do the class quests in the videos. Have hardly seen any videos of the planetary quests.

Hey, I'm a child at heart too. But I have the decency to not complain about the smallest things in this game. Quite frankly, people seem to not understand, that the best way for a game to be shut down, is customer dissatisfaction. If people keep screaming up about the tiniyest details. It won't be because people are leaving the game that makes it shut down, it's because there seems to be no ending to the anti-game behavior going on. And for me, it seems more and more likely, that people keep complaining, without really having tried what they complain about, just in order to complain. So I thank you guys who complain continuously (should be read as a sarcastic note)Because it will in the end be your fault that the game shuts down. Because you don't appreciate what comes into the game and are willing to dismiss its new implementations, even before it comes about. The launch of DvL was a clear evidence of that. At some point EA will say we don't care anymore and close the game down. Many people complained about Galaxies too, and ever since launch of SWTOR, I've heard people wishing for the same structure as SWG. How about enjoying the game as long as we have it, complain only about the larger issues of the game or leave it to those players who actually enjoys it. Noone's forcing you to stay.

You guys are unbelievable. All most of you can do is complain, complain, complain. sometimes it's no wonder why they don't respond, because most of the time it's met wit most complaints in here. It's a game, guys. They are here to work on the game for us. The fact that you complain about a little thing as you don't want to start a new character to participate in the LSvsDS Event, is a luxuary problem. You can level in no time now, it's not really that big a deal. And that comes from someone whose played the game almost since launch and you might say that I have low standards, and yes I do, because I don't have that many things I find negative about the game. But it's really tiressome to basically at the most read your complaints and only small praises. If there's something you're unhappy with, you should write in a constuctive manner, instead of bashing the people who maintains this game. Remember, it takes time and money to develop this game. It's not like they have a magic wand that settles everything with a flick of it. Which is basically what is seemed to be believed that you guys think and complain because they don't tell you about it. Seriously, have some appreciation that they work on the game, otherwise why on earth are you still playing when you have so many things to complain about. Obviously something's keeping you here, noone's forcing you. To the devs. Thank you for your effort. It's at least appreciated by me and probably others too who are not that vocal here.

Sorry, but what then do you call Kaliyo, Jorgan, Vette, Gault, Torian, Xalek, that architect Inquisitor comp who I always forget what is called and every other companion who speaks basic? We have no idea, whether it is like that, and I really don't care. In my opinion, they've done a great job. But yeah, I'm also a big fan of the story and the fact that they are focusing more on the story, rather than just implementing new content, for the sake of it. Some of the stories for the group content grew very thin already from Ilum and they didn't take advantage of how it could have developed more. Now, they are doing it good. I'd rather have it like it is. That we aren't bombarded with every old companion returning at once, that they have a unique entry back into the storyline, instead of them all turning up on Odessen one day and saying: "Hey, we heard about this Alliance you guys made and ... oh wow, YOU'RE ALIVE!!" Seems ridiculous and thin. Especially when you think they have already put so much effort into the story. As far as I'm concerned, I see a pattern that the old companions are returning, slowly but they are coming. Might be that everyone isn't returning by the end of Chapter XVI, but there has been word of a season 2. So there is hope yet for those who's been complaining of the lack of Elara, Ashara and Jaesa.

How about giving some constructive criticism on what you see is a problem of the game, instead of saying to the devs are doing a terrible job? Some of you have, yes. But most of you complainers don't really give that much info on what exactly it is you want repaired, other than yelling "fix the bugs" and "class balance". Yeah, I come home from work as the servers are about to go online then can't wait for the new chapter And Tsillah, that was two months ago. Last update there were the Jorgan issue, but we were still able to enter the game from when the servers went online as promised

Wow, I stopped reading this thread after around 15 pages. You get really tired of reading the same kind of complaints over and over and over again. What is wrong with you guys? Did you forget, that they said waaaay before launch that they were going to focus on story content well into 2016? Or are you just trying to convince them into bringing something new, just because you get bored with the story content easily? I've subscribed almost since launch (minus one week). I play group content like Flashpoints most days of the week and on occation ops' and maybe a PVP match once a month, on average. Why do I keep subbing? Because of the story content! And despite what you guys make it sound like, I am not the only one. And as far as I've heard, people were asked what they wanted most for future content, and the story content won. There you have it! You guys also make it sound like the HK is the only thing on its way. I know that most of it are related to him, but have you forgotten that there will be the arena fights coming WITH Chapter X? That's a big deal in my ears, and not necessarily just story content. And who knows if there weren't be other stuff coming with the other 6 chapters. They gave a promise about future ops' and PVP, you will just have to wait. My theory, and I can of course be wrong, when there will be coming a new ops, it will have something to do with the conclusion on Chapter XVI, similar to Temple of Sacrifice. Remember guys, Rome wasn't build in a day and if they have focused primarily on story content for some time, it will take time for the new group content to be fully developed and implemented to the game. It is not something like you can just snap your fingers and then next day they will announce a new ops. If they have focused on one thing primarily, we will have to be patient with it.

I agree. It's a bid overreacting. I don't PVP and I've maxed my conquest a couple of times. It can be done.

I don't play any other RPG games or MMO games for that matter, and don't intend to, so wouldn't know. I just think it seems unfair, that people judge a system, that has not been tried in the full community, just because they don't agree with the devs on it being optional or not. In my oppinion, it's not an excuse for dooming the game on behalf of the part of the community who does not give their opinion. I know you don't, but others seem very busy in doing so.

Sorry for being slow, but I can't seem to get what in the world people have against the level sync. If you saw the life stream where Eric showed how it worked, you saw that even though you are a low level, you will still easily be able to do the quest without being killed all the time. At the same time, you will be able to play these quests while helping low level friends. Plus, you get rewarded according to your level, instead of gear you have no use for, no XP (if you are below 65) and it's a decent credit level. What in the world is everyones problem? Instead of complaining about it before you try it out for yourself, you should give it a chance before dooming the game ahead of time. Or just complain, because you need to complain about something, because there are other reasons you are unsatisfied with the game for. There's nothing wrong with introducing changes to the way the game is played and this could actually be a very good change. In particular because it would mean you could return to low level planets and do quests while being awarded according to your level. That is awesome in my opinion. Plus, as others have already pointed out, just because there are people who complain about it, it doesn't automatically make it the entire community. I rarely visit the forums and there are probably a lot of others who don't visit the forum regularly.

It probably would have been announced by now, if there were. But that might just be me thinking that, who is on Central European time and it's 7PM here.

Seeing as you also have players in Europe (and possibly early birds in the U.S.), who would have liked to spend this time right now playing, you should have given a longer warning time than 15 minutes. As well as give a possible ETA, instead of keeping quiet. I understand you need to fix this problem and all others when they come. But it would be nice to know up front that you can't engage in different quests at that specific time or log into the game at that specific time. Otherwise you're going to have a lot of annoyed players on your hands, as you do right now. Keep up the good work otherwise

Actually, if they do incorporate Jakku in the game, that means the entire storyline for games, comics and books for the period of the Old Republic,, will be official canon. Something that people's been hoping for and has been unresolved ever since they made the decision of the EU being non-canon. In conclusion, there is hope for more material in from this period, if they do incorporate Jakku in the game. Besides, Disney is already involved, because they keep an eye on that the canon of the game is kept. Personnally, I have a slight feeling that it won't be Jakku, but one can always hope. Can't wait for the press conference. Sounds exciting

Can't wait for Ziost among others. As a fan of the "Tales of the Jedi" comic series, it's going to be very exciting to actually be there with my toons myself. The outfit designer is going to be great too And as a comment on all the negative comments: It might be, that a lot of you have already heard about this stuff from the cantina tour, but not everyone has. Like myself. So I do see this as news and am excited. And you always assume this is going to be it. They do write, that this will only be some of the things coming in the first half of the year. Which means there are also other things coming. We just have to be patient.
