Look, the info about staggered access was out there and readily available. You made the conscious decision to wait until after beta to purchase - 4 months after you could purchasee. You're in a line now - it's the result of your choices. You want to fault other people for your decision. It's pretty silly.

I'm there with you on Aug 20. Bought and tried to redeem July 27 but the redemption didn't process ... figured that out on Aug 20.

Honestly though, you and the 11 other guys playing DCUO probably didn't put the kind of stress on the hardware and programmers as SW:TOR will.

Hey kids - Kung Fu Panda 2 is out today on RedBox. Have Mom & Dad run you out for a bag of Twizzlers and a movie. SW:TOR will be up before you know it. It won't even disrupt you setting milk and cookies out for Santa. Promise!

This launch is fine thusfar - they told us months ago how they were going to roll this out. If you're surprised now, you didn't read.

Fully 25% of all USA preorders were purchased within the first 3 weeks. Is it really that surprising that these first couple waves haven't brought in the November preorders? People need relax - it'll come.

My account on SWTOR shows that I haven't redeemed by digital rights - but I have. Tried to reenter the code and says it's already been used. That part of SWTOR not working yet?
