  1. I have no idea if anyone has thrown this theory into the ring, but here goes. I don't think it was a problem with the guild release. I have the utmost confidence that the guilds were properly placed as to avoid overfilling servers but still satisfying the alliances and enemies that the guilds had signed up to have. What I think happened is that there was no consideration to how people with no guild affiliation should be rolled into the game. You put that problem into the larger problem of the threshold for people in server at one time is set extremely low "to make sure folks have fun," as Mr. Hickman says. However, let me just tell you that despite how amazing your game is, these 5 hour server queues will start to take their toll on your users. They are absolutely, in no way, "reasonable and manageable." Unfortunately, the article is full of nothing but political fluff to try and satiate the masses, but has no true answers. I would really like to hear some definitive solutions, please!
