I've handed in my item (i'm a level 10) to the Legacy Vendor but I did not receive anything in return? Do I have to wait until i'm level 14 or something?

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place, I did not know where else to post this. I cannot seem to print-screen while in the conversation cut-scenes. Is there a different key binding or option to toggle it on? (I have looked in the preferences - but have had no success). I can print screen while walking around and in combat etc. it is just while in the cinematic. I am probably being really stupid and just cannot see something simple But this is the only problem which I have encountered so far (and it is a really small problem anyway), So I would like to say (for my first MMO), I am really enjoying it and I congratulate you Bioware Thank you for reading this.
