The team is aware of this and will be looking into it. Please note that this does take time to investigate in order to find a suitable resolution, so to set expectations, a solve for this will not be able to be implemented in 7.0, however, I will provide updates when possible.
Now we've reached level 500 so we can only advance 1-2 levels each week which provides a very small amount of guild perk commendations. It's been 7 months since you said it would be looked into and patch 7.0 is out now. A guild surviving long enough to reach high levels is supposed to be a good thing but currently the game punishes us for it. Please can you do something to help. Thank you

Ran some more tests with the Tax Evasion II and III perks to get a better understanding of when the effect is applied. The results show that the tax discount is only applied if the item is listed on the GTN and sold while the perk is active. If one of those happens when the perk is not enabled then the tax discount is not applied.

Stroke my Wookie are running our Spoils of War Gear Trading event again as part of our 10 Year Celebration series and all are welcome. You do not have to be a guild member to join in.
Most of the Spoils of War gear is bind on pickup however some is tradable and gives you achievements and titles (in 7.0). We will help you get these by trading the armor, tacticals and weapons.

A guild member reported this problem tonight. I was able to reproduce it as well:
- Select Treek as companion.
- Take off her mainhand "Treek's Bowcaster".
- Try to equip it to her again.
- Get red text message "You do not have the required class to use that item."
I noticed that you can equip blaster pistols and rifles. Other bowcasters work like Kashyyyk's Legacy. The bug seems to be specifically with "Treek's Bowcaster".
- Select Treek as companion.

We've led the event several times in the past to get loads of people all the stronghold achievements. You do not have to be a guild member to join the event. It's just straight up stronghold hopping so make sure to have your favorite food/drink/vice to hand as there isn't a whole lotta action

How to join in
Read the key guide below and join the group when I advertise in Imperial Fleet general chat at the event start time. We will be taking a maximum of 3 ops groups and the total event time will be 2-3 hours.
House Party Rules
- You must join us in the SMW Discord Server Event Voice channel for the duration of the event
- Don't use the Fleet, Manaan or Umbara strongholds as they don't have room for 50 players (Fully unlocked Alderaan, Rishi or Yavin 4 are the best to use)
- Imperial characters only
- Don't send us your stronghold key until we ask you for it
- If you DC but return before we get a replacement you can join the group again
- If you DC and rejoin shortly after we get a replacement you can join the back of the visit queue
- If you keep taking too long to load into the strongholds we will have to replace you
- Please don't leave the group/fake a DC after you get your achievements as it spoils it for those that are still waiting, "How rude!"
How to give out stronghold keys
Step 1: Open Stronghold Panel (Press U) and press "KEYS" on the stronghold you want to use

The bug is that if you send more than a billion credits in a normal mail without the COD option ticked then when the recipient opens it they see the credits as a red text COD value with red text that they can't claim. When it is sent back to the sender they also see it as a COD value and can't retrieve the credits either. After around 30 days the mail and credits get auto-deleted.

I'm not sure if it happens every time you send over a billion or if it happens if you actually use the COD option as I'm not inclined to lose another billion to test it

This can happen when you send more than 1 billion in a single mail. It will remain stuck as a red text COD until the mail expires and gets auto deleted. So far I haven't heard about anyone having the credits restored to them by customer service.

The team is asking if msinfo files can be submitted by those who are experiencing this issue. You can do this one of two ways.

One of my guild members made in-game tickets and posts in this thread with information. He followed your latest instructions and submitted another in-game ticket asking where to send the logs and was told that they are not needed as "a developer has already updated the thread" and then ticket was closed
While writing this the same guild member and another in my group have both crashed to desktop while standing on Imp Fleet in between matches

Does going to, for example, Dantooine during the Dantooine Pirate Incursion conquest event earn you any more conquest points than just playing normally?
No.
Does it matter whether you're in a guild when answering that question?No.
Does the weekly title (for example, Dantooine Pirate Incursion) and the line of text underneath it mean anything or are they just flavor?All titles are aesthetic only. The achievement that goes with it is just something to cross off a list. Neither gives your character a boost.
If they're just flavor, what's the point of having them?There is none. The devs add achievements and a lot of people feel compelled to complete them.

My guild Stroke my Wookie are re-running our Datacron Summons server event series over the next five Sunday afternoons and we invite you to join in. Datacrons are small clickable objects which are scattered across the galaxy. Clicking one give you a legacy wide permanent stats boost for all your characters. We will summon you to each one.
We are an Imperial guild so our focus will be the Imperial faction although we will dedicate week 5 to the Republic only datacrons. In total this is 98 datacrons including the matrix shards. You do not have to be a guild member to join the event.

First Guild To Level 500

The devs built in a two part throttling system. The first part is that each new guild level requires an increasing amount of guild XP. The second part is that there is a hard limit on how much guild XP a guild can earn each week.
Jedipedia released the original values around the time the system was added:

You can see that in the first week you can jump 8 levels. When you reach level 64 that is already reduced to 5 levels. Around level 80-90 you can advance 4-5 levels in a week. When you hit 100 you are limited to 4 each week. By the time you reach level 500 it is throttled down to just 1-2 levels each week.
