I got a reply.. look at this BS.. says my issue is resolved?? Absolute crap after waiting so long. They just close out all tickets you make and move on.

also bugged after the quest. Cannot progress onto Ilum. chain is broken and cannot proceed with guildmates and group. Very game breaking bug, with little or no response from BW. Dark side 5.
Can we get some responses at least? Is a fix otw? Are you even aware how game breaking this is?
Levelling with guildies and groups cannot be completed until you fix this.

Its day three.. been waiting on The Harbinger with my lev 33 toon to get in for over an hour and still 120 ppl in que and estimated 1hour left. It's not even peak times. When i got there it was 660ppl in que.
Need to look at this. Opening new servers isnt gonna fix it. Pre-made guilds loaded on server then opening up for another 10000 ppl to join is seriously bad.
What is it going to be like next week?
People want to play on existing toons with their Pre-made guilds that we spent a year organising with you.

The droid will not tlak to me on Vaiken, he will not give quest First Strike. My storyline has no advance. My companions will not advance the quest like they should when I board my ship. I cannot get the questline in ilum.
They have done NOTHING except make me even more angry. It's poor Customer Service. It's insulting to a paying community to have several tickets closed out with no fix or response worthy of reconsidering.
