Exactly my point... It seems very shady to me as well... If there is no way to get the founder title as of this date, why the hell would they still advertise it?

The reason I'm confused about the quoted text is the discussion that follows it on the threads it was posted on. I've seen discussions saying it means that anyone who did not activate their account before February 17 is disqualified from the title and vice-versa. I just want a straightforward response... Do I qualify for the title? Yes or No? I don't mind the waiting time for the Item... I just can't handle not knowing... lol
