i´ll try it in some duels with and without the talents maybe my fps sometimes make me feel that the stealth improve doest apply

To sith sorc , The operative own you because ur shield fall down and you dont renew it im sure , if operative open you with shield u probably survive to cc him

and your class is?

Use consumables , take wz buffs use ur defensive skills , get more expertise would help you , Operative/Scoundrel are fine

Is the "increase stealth level " 3/3 infiltrator talent buged?

If you want heal more use stims , relics and adrenals or take the +15% expertise warzone buff like the operatives in your videos if you stop the second video u can see that operative have Rakata Attack Adrenal ( 3 min cd and cant use it on stealth ) , relic and Rakata Skill Stim
