  1. I hope more people see this thread because it can probably help more people than just me.
  2. I just wanted to let everyone know that after following a few links in the forums I found this. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=208144&page=4 This is what you're looking for: After doing this I can now run Vaiken spacedock and Warzones with the exception of Civil War at at least 30fps. I have no input lag either. After reading briefly it appears to be an issue with SWTOR actually "down-clocking" the card because the client is retarded and tells the GPU that it's running in 2D mode.
  3. AV Software >only affects system performance when active or running scans >only ****-tier AV don't have silent/gaming mode Firewalls and routers >only affects network >has nothing to do with system performance I consider myself an advanced computer user. I know how to shut down unnecessary programs/processes/services when gaming.
  4. The performance increase for drivers is less than 10% in most cases. http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-winvista-64bit-285.62-whql-driver.html I've been a PC gamer since 1995 and I can tell when a game is poorly optimized. Examples would be Metro 2033, Grand Theft Auto 4 for PC, and APB (All Points Bulletin).
  5. >Implemented optimizations to improve performance on Republic and Imperial Fleets >still 5 FPS in Vaiken spacedock >Significantly improved the delay when activating player abilities, particularly when in lower framerate situations. This allows for improved ability responsiveness in hectic combat situations. >still 2-3 second lag on button press in warzones (and 5 fps) Oh and before anyone says anything about my rig: 8GBDDR3 i7 3.4Ghz Nvidia 570 Can't you do anything right?
