SO I had the random cartel market purchase error as i clicked purchase . the game took my 950 CC and failed to deliver the supercrate to the unclaimed items bin . I submitted a ticket immediately and provided a time stamp . that was back on 11/04 . its been 22days and after repeated calls and useless reps telling me that it has been escalated to in game support and numerous notes attached to the ticket , NO ONE CAN DO A DAMN THING !! They cant connect me to ingame support i cant speak to a manager and the one time i did i got disconnected after getting no where . Really EA this is the best you can do for CS ? If it was blizzard it would have been handled right on the phone as i was logged in ! maybe EA should take a HINT ?!
Customer service for swtor has got to be the biggest joke of the year !!
