I remember a time where you would have at least 20 RPs going on at once. Now I look and there are only 3 pages and about 5 ongoing RPs. What happened to the great RPing community of SWTOR?

Will it be staggered like 12 East coast then central then west, or will the game launch 12 central. which would be 10 west and 1 an east.
