Question: can you queue solo for RANKED PVP or only in a group? and if so how can you keep the rating fair?

Problem: Worried that cross server PVP will diminish the sense of community Question: To still promote certain aspects of community growing, would it still be effective to create your team from your server, but find your opposition from another? That way the people you are expected to work together with, are the ones from your server.
