  1. Guten Tag Jami, Welcome to the Ebon Hawk. There are many good guilds on this server so you should be able to find one to call home. As the voice of the Thirteenth Legion I can certainly give a reference to this guild. The Thirteenth Legion is a more mature guild, most of our members are north of college age. We don't like drama, but we do like to play the game. While not being hardcore about any aspect (RP, PVP, PVE), we have weekly events centered around all of these aspects. Click on the link in my signature to look over our web site, and if you like what you see, fill in the application.
  2. Welcome back to the game!! There are many good guilds on the server, and the game is far better being in a good company. The Thirteenth Legion is more mature guild, most of us are north of college age. We are not heavy into RP, some of us like to do it, some not so much. Although primarily a Republic guild, we do have an Imperial side sister guild called Vindicta. There is a link to the guild web site in my signature. Please stop by, and if you like what you see, fill in the application.
  3. Greetings and welcome back to SWTOR! We would love to have you join. In my signature below is the link to our guild web site. Please read the Code of Conduct, Rules of etiquette and looting, and recruitment policy. Then fill in the application. Let us review it and await further instruction. That is all there is to it.
  4. Greetings, You might give the Thirteenth Legion look. You can follow the link to our Enjin site in my signature below. We are typically north of college age, mature and professionals who enjoy the game, enjoy grouping up, and don't enjoy drama. You can RP/PVE/PVP as little (or none) or as much as you would like. Although we have Empire side sister guild of Vindicta, new members will need to join the Republic side at first. Give us a look over, and if you like what you see, please fill out the application.
  5. Greetings MalkoranII, You might give the Thirteenth Legion a look. We are a very an active guild with mature members, and we realize that real life is more important than the game. We have several weekly operations runs, and lots of planned activities, such as flashpoints, and datacron searches. Please inspect the link in my signature for more information.
  6. Well, then, might I suggest The Thirteenth Legion. We strive to be mature and a good home. Please look at the link in my signature below, and see if it looks to be a good fit.
  7. Welcome back to the game. I am here to plug the Thirteen Legion. Although primarily a Republic guild, we do have a sister Imperial guild called Vindicta. We are light on the RP, if you like to RP that is great, if not, that is fine as well. Check out the link in my signature to see if we are something you would be interested in. Many thanks,
  8. Yes, there will be several officers in game at that time who would be happy to answer your questions. I might be there, although that gets a bit late for me, but I'll try and stick around. Look at the Officers of the Legion section on our web site for a list of in character names. Unfortunately (or very fortunately) most of us have many alts. For me, try Wolfgangamadeus first. If you would like to simply join, go ahead and read the Code of Conduct and Guide to Etiquette and Looting, and Benefits of Guild Membership and then fill in the application form. Many thanks.
  9. Greetings, If you are looking, you might look at the Thirteenth Legion. Link to the web site is here: http://xiiithlegion.enjin.com/home We are a probably more of a light-medium RP/PVE, more on the social side. Most of us like alts as well. We have an Empire sister guild Vindicta if you would like to investigate that side of the universe. Or not, as you would like. Please check us out. Deutsch Ambassador, Voice of the Legion
  10. Greetings everyone, Did I miss this meeting? I was hoping to be able to attend. Please let me know. Thanks, Deutsch Thirteenth Legion
  11. Being a RPG'r of old, I am on the Ebon Hawk, which is an RP server. It's population is heavy, which has been great. Groups form quickly, item trade is vibrant, and guilds are very active. As to why people hate on this, I have yet to figure out. Granted this is my first MMO experience (I started with beta testing and early access) so maybe I am missing something. There were a few bumps along the way (server population decline, lack of group finder were the top of my list), however these have been addressed and are working well. So welcome to the game, I certainly hope you like it. If not (and people may not, which is okay) simply move on. BTW: If you have questions, or need help, please ask. Most people are more than willing to help.
  12. Nope, no dumb question. You will never know sometimes unless you simply ask. Be sure to go to your artifice trainer on the fleet and purchase schematics. With the schematics and the materials you will be able to craft such said item. As your artifice skill increases, go back and check with your trainer as new higher level schematics will open up. Word of caution. Purchasing schematics can be pricy, and can quickly make you poor. One try and buy the schematics you, or someone you are crafting for, will actually use.
  13. First off, Welcome to the game!!!! Second, in the world of MMOs there is a bit of a learning curve, so don't be discouraged. The Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior are a little harder to grasp in concept than other characters. Troopers initially are straight forward, although later on all their weapon systems can get a bit overwhelming. But it can help you get some of the basic mechanics down. The posts here have had good advice. First advice I can give you is to keyboard bind your powers, and learn the rotation of when to press these keys for maximum effect. Second advice, don't be afraid to ask for help when playing. Many players will be thrilled to help and give advice, and many times if you see them in action and the rotations they use, it will become clearer on how to play. Also, as suggested above, do a bit of study out of game. And above all, relax and fun in the game.
