I couldn't agree more. In order to put out any kind of dps I have to be standing still. Other classes have it so easy, they can run and shoot and do ok to massive amounts of damage. The static barrier is useless. Bioware should let us cast lightning strike, thundering blast, and chain lightning on the move. I am alright with having to stand still to cast force lightning. Playing a SIS means I need to find a spot and not move in the hopes of doing DPS. Just even the playing fields and allow us to cast on the move and see how things go.
