  1. I've been using a G13 for a couple of years in WoW and made the transition with it to SWTOR with no issues. All I had to do was rebind a couple of my keys to my in-game preferences and I was good to go. My main suggestion to you is to consider more the feel of the two. They're very different sizes and have different feel under your hands. While the G13 is larger overall, it felt more natural under my hand than the Nostromo did, and while my hands are largeish for a girl, they're on the small end of average when compared to most of the guys I know. The Nostromos seem to have a more pronounced arch to them as well, while the G13 lays a bit lower, allowing your hand to lay more flat over it. I was fortunate to have a Fry's nearby that had them on display so I could "try" them out before I decided which to buy.
  2. I work in a corporate office for a major nerd-related retailer. Lol. My main is an Imperial Agent/Operative healer because I didn't want to be a Sith (like everyone and their dog, as it seemed during Early Access) and it's nice to both be able to heal/stay alive and to alternately snipe or eviscerate things as I choose.
  3. Easily half of my guild is female (same with our original incarnation over in WoW) so it always seems weird to me that people don't think that there are many (or any) females playing a given game. Some of us play males, some of us stick mostly to female characters, and we're all just as nerdy about the game as the guys we play with.
  4. Mmm, more Saganu, please~<3 Don't get me wrong, I love Vector. But I'd dump him for a real thing with Saganu any day. Nicely...somehow. :\
  5. I know I mentioned being converted weeks ago, but I finally finshed my class story and got to 50 yesterday. Vector was my go-to companion for pretty much everything since he joined the crew and he's just ridiculously endearing. The letters you get after completing the relationship, his reactions to what you have to do for the class story on Voss ("You're awfully cute when you're upset...") are just too adorable for words. Also, one of his more common phrases in combat: "We fight for you. We fight for the nest." has me thinking that towards the end of the game/story, it means more than just the Kilik nest. :3
  6. I currently have an Imperial Officer-looking chest piece on my Agent (I'm at work though, so I can't tell you the name of it offhand). http://i.imgur.com/OQRIW.png If I remember correctly, I picked it up as a quest reward from one of the earlier Voss Heroics. It is an orange/moddable piece as well. As for pants/the rest, I've yet to complete the "set" so what I have matches the color scheme if not quite the actual jacket (I have managed to replace the pants in that picture, hah!)
  7. I've almost exclusively used Vector since I got him, I find him to be able to withstand incoming damage a bit better than Kaliyo ever was so that I can usually dps in the pulls. Elites, I usually hot him up, send him in, get off a couple of grenades and other shots and then just keep him healed while he takes down the mob. I should give Temple a try though. I keep all of my oranges, so I've got plenty of gear to keep her fairly well geared.
  8. I flirted with him, made all light side choices. I honestly didn't realize at first that he would survive the plotline, the only online reference I could find to him at the time was for "Sanju Pyne's corpse", but I just picked the things that I thought would give him the best chance of survival and crossed my fingers. So once I realized he was going to survive, and there he was waiting for me after my wrap-up. To say that I was tickled pink would be an understatement. One of the nicest surprises I've had yet in this game (until meeting a certain Chiss on Hoth, anyway :3)
  9. This was pretty much a running mantra with me through all of act 2. I'm getting near the end of Act 3 (would be done if it weren't for the fact that I keep trying to do class quests four levels too early, I'm so addicted to them) and even though I know just enough spoilers to know how I'll be ending it, there's still so much in between I've avoided spoiling and can not WAIT to see revealed.
  10. I'll pretty much echo your entire post, but I laughed a lot at this line because that's exactly what my guild calls me every time they see me make a lightside choice in a conversation.
  11. Ba'derin is usually respectful to their faces (though she's gotten snarky on occasion and insulted Zhorrid to her face in the last scene with her) but really loathes the Sith and their interference both in her own life/job and in the Empire as a whole. And she'll happily undermine thier plans by letting people live that they wanted dead (she's full light-side, obviously), especially if it'll annoy Lord Stupidhead in the process.
  12. This, exactly. The problems she's had with the Empire of late have been driven by the Sith. So either defect or just plain go free agent and do what she wants (or just go back to working for the Chiss).
  13. I've actually quite been enjoying going full light side on my Agent. Doesn't mean she doesn't still get to kill people or enjoy all of the subterfuge, she just doesn't senselessly kill everyone she ever comes across. Also, it makes for some interesting little nods from other people, as leaving certain people alive can have unintentional results.
  14. Oh my... Well, I know what will be going through my mind as I slog through the rest of the work day.
