As another poster said its easier if the group use the icons. I always ask the tank to use the target icon when in a group that way (as DPS) I'm not pulling any of his aggro. I'll always let the group know that my cc is the purple cog, so avoid it and no AOE's. The run goes a lot smoother when everyone knows what each other is doing.

WB...I'm sure that we'll see many more people coming back to check out 1.4, although some might be checking out MOP when that hits.

Reached 50, done 2 dalies and gave up and created another alt. I would sooner have fun running another alt than reapeting dalies. I just don't see the point when my xp bar isn't going up.

I guess the reason why you can't send bind gear is so we have to spend more money on the GTN. That way the cash flow throughout the economy keeps flowing.

I only have a 50 and a 21. Only thing I've bought off the legacy is the repair droid and the speeder licence for my alt, that's it. I'm not sure what to think about the whole legacy thing really. There's a part of me that thinks that it's a waste of time (just my opinion) you guys/girls might be making more use of it.

It would be cool seeing the Rancor stomping around the server. You could have them as pets in SWG ( if you was a creature handeler) not sure if they were mountable though.
Would I have one as a ride? I'm not sure. I would definitely love to see more of them in game though.

...when you tell your PUG that you're going to CC and they all ask you where CC is and how long you'll be gone.
You'll be surprised how many high level players don't know what cc is (or where he's gone lol)

Since the server merge today, I noticed that the game client has been running extremely high, even when just launching the game. My CPU says its running at 100%, but unusually my amount of RAM is staying fairly low. Anyone else having issues with their client?
My FPS has dropped somewhat, it has been ok since they fixed it a week or so ago. I bet that's why they sorted it, they knew what was coming!

It seems like I read someplace that paying customers get priority over F2Pers. However, we are all paying customers today and if there is a long wait to get on then F2P is pretty much DOA. They'll never get on and hence won't subscribe.
I am hoping the logon Q is just a rumor or something. I will be home in an hour or so and check it out.
It's true. On the server list some say 1 hour 45 wait to get on. Our server is ok thank god

I was just wondering when f2p hits how will the severs hold? Some players are waiting 1 hour + to get on now. Will they add a few more do you think?

We've had 2 servers merge into ours, it was a pretty busy server anyway. Glad I didn't have to wait an hour + to get on it.

There was a bit of info on Twitter that was it. They did say maintanace was going to be extended.

The voice acting is pretty cool, I drop some of it for player housing though. I guess the voice acting is why swtor stands out from all the rest - itd be like taking away one of its legs lol.

Have a good nose around on here, you'll find a ton of stuff that will answer your questions.
You will come across enough credits throughout the game to help you get by. I think my level 50 ended on 2 mil and all purple 50 gear. I tried to do every side quest I could. I also went for scavenging, slicing, and treasure hunting. They brought me in a load of money mid level.
Don't worry about gear too much below level 15, you level it out way to fast. Save your cash for later on, you'll need it more then.
Don't sell your orange gear you can buy mods for it as you go.
Kill everything you can, also group when you can.
Always try to be at least 3 leveles higher than the plannet you are on (if you do all the side quests that shouldn't be a problem) that way you'll have no probs with mobs or bosses, it'll save you a ton on repair bills also.
You'll learn as you progress and by your mistakes.

I thought that some RP rules were enforced on RP servers. I don't know this for fact, but I thought it was.
Even if it's not enforced, if a player acted like a jerk a lot on an RP server, you'd think afterall he'd be on so many ignore lists, he'd never get a group.
I'm on a RP and yes I'm sure this would be frowned upon (only by the RPers of course) I don't think the said person would get a ban though. I'm sure he would be on everyone's ignore list though yes.

I have been wondering if it would be possible to ban someone if he disturbed another group/guild's Roleplaying "moment".
When in game I saw this guild forming up a line, doing a roleplay meeting, and then some guy came along slapping them one for one. even though this was funny from an observer point. I would have also find it very offensive if it was me Roleplaying.
once he finished menacing around, the guild threatened him that they will report and banned him from the server. so now I was wondering if this was possible. (just for interest sake)
I'm guessing you was the player that slapped them in the face then?
:DI don't think "the person your referring to" would get banned no.

Quick question.
I reached level 50 a month or so ago. I have full 50 purp gear and I'm thinking of doing some hard modes. Will my gear be ok? I don't do WZ's or PVP so I haven't got all the high level gear.
I've been having fun with my 25 alt but, I feel like I'm missing out on stuff with my 50.
Feel free to give me some advice.
Also is it worth upgrading to the free pvp gear? I'm guessing you still have to put your own mods in it? Do I just pull them out of my level 50 gear?
