    just wanted to confirm the first post needs to be edited to include the taunlet have been found.

    Getting the Taunlet:

    • Travel to these coordinates (834, 759) in the Glacial Fissure on Hoth.
    • Before you enter the Dead End section use the Ice Scrabbler Jerky and a Frightened Taunlet will be visable.
    • Use the NVSCCS to catch it.

    Mysterious Egg also drops from LR-57 Sentinel Droid in Lost Island HM. I would presume then that it drops from all bosses.

     

    Or is the drop mistaken on the last boss as the Midnight Rakling also seems to drop from last boss.

     

    I need some clarification on this.

     

     

    PS: Added 2 more Ice fern locations to the guide.

    Tauntaun Hoth Mystery

    We can search Hoth and Ilum, because Tauntauns are seen there and is what you expect.

     

    But i thought Rahkgouls were on Taris & Denova and yet there was a crashlanding on Tatooine.. Who thought of that ? ;)

     

    So it could be the case that on Hoth it starts and ends somewhere else, God knows where???

     

    So far the patchnotes said they could be acquired on Hoth, but the exact way was a mystery. After countless combined hours searching, killing and facepalming I think we come to the point of insanity :)

     

    Any other ideas then Hoth -> Ilum?

    Only the first four were wrong, corrected in the post above mine. The wreckage coords were all spot on, great guide, keep it up!

     

     

    Are you playing Republic or Empire as they have different coords to go to.

     

    Rep = Anchorhead and Empire = Mos Ila.

    Anyway I'm still in Mos Ila so will check em out tonight again.

    Maybe it is time to leave Hoth and continue on Ilum?

     

    The livers drop there too it is also an icy planet.

     

     

    Anyway I would like George Zoeller to confirm some assumptions the community has.

     

    First: Is the Tauntlet ingame at all at the moment?

    Second: NVSCCS needed to obtain it?

    Third: Jerky is needed?

     

    If the answer is yes to all three.. throw as a bone please.

    If the answer is no, subtle hint please where to go

    those coords u posted for the rakghoul quest line don't make any sense :/

     

    NVM, only the buff coords seemed off, the rest is spot on! thnx!

     

    I wrote em down yesterday at 2 AM. Are they way off? else it is probably the Map Coords thingie that is off untill you move and updates accordingly.

    Wonderous Egg: Spawns in a nest after you defeat the last boss in the Operation Explosive Content. I can't find the screenshot for it but I am unsure if it is hard mode only or also drops in story mode.

     

    That is what I thought as there were Orobirds located in the new raid.

     

    I'll will add it into the guide, but would like some screenshots of the nest and the hatched Orochick ;)

    Needs more investigation then :)

    Rakling and Other new 1.2 Pets

    Well time to poke around taris for the others!

     

    Yup the Rakghouls / Raklings should be cmoing from either Taris or Denova (Lost Island) according to the lore..

     

     

    I bet that one comes from the Taris world boss and the other from a "mission".

    Seems all follow the same procedure in some way.

    Yup that is true.

     

    But these were the harder ones.. rest was already described in numerous other guides and are all from vendors i thought.

     

    Anyway in the future I will update this thread with all the pets ;)

    This is an attempt to list all the Vanity Pets currently in game.

    There are still some ongoing searches untill all are found. Help find them all!

    I'll try to keep up with the community and consolidate all the information in this topic too!

    Hutt Observer

    The Hutt Observer can be purchased from both Collectors Edition vendors located at the Fleets for 25,000 credits.

     

     

    Interrogation Droid

    The Interrogation Droid can be purchased from the Dark Side vendor located in both fleets for 25,000 credits.

    Requires Dark Side Level III or above.

     

     

    Little Sandcrawler

    The Little Sandcrawler can be purchased from the Light Side vendor located in both fleets for 25,000 credits.

    Requires Light Level III or above.

     

     

    Minimech CE

    The Minimech CE was/is part of the Collector’s Edition version of Star Wars: The Old Republic.

     

     

    Mouse Droid

    The Mouse Droid can be bought from any Security Key vendor for 25,000 credits.

     

     

    MO-GUL Thrall Droid

    The M0-GUL Thrall Droid drops off Karagga the Unyielding in Karagga's Palace Operation.

        It's right below the broken bridge. Just find places to drop down onto logs / cliffs.

    Hatching your Egg

    • Step 1: Get Buff to endure the heat!
      You will need to go to Tatooine, the Judland area, around the coordinates 335, -1862. You will see these structures scattered all over the desert. In the base of the structure is a “Water Access Panel”. Only some of them can have it (at random). The idea is that these structures collect water and only when they are full can you “harvest” water from them. You will use the Water Access Panel and get a buff called “Refreshed and Sustained”.
       
       
    • Step 2: Powerfull Heat Source to hatch egg
      Travel to the Czerka Archaeological Site on Tatooine (-2329, -405, The Dune Sea). There is an area with Solar Panels pointing inwards you can stand inbetween behind the base.

    • Pale Rakling
      The Pale Rakling can be bought from the Jawa vendor Jeelvic in the Tatooine Dune Sea at coordinates -891, -1919 for 60 Rakghoul DNA Samples. Behind the Stardream Crash Site.
      Introduced with the Tatooine Rakghoul Pandemic Event, possible to be available for a limited time.
       
       
    • Crimson Rakling
      Introduced with the Tatooine Rakghoul Pandemic Event, possible to be available for a limited time.
       
      The is the end reward for the quest Tracking the Origin available to both factions.
       
      In order to get this quest you need to get 3 buffs from 3 different locations in your start city on Tatooine. Each buff last for 10 minutes and you need to collect them all to be able to pick up the quest.
       
       
      For Empire:
      • Informed buff: Received from clicking the Emergency Notice Terminal located at the Starport entrance of Mos Ila (608, 519).
      • Attacked buff: Received from clicking the Crashed Escape Pod located at the East of Mos Ila (450, 485).
      • Exposed buff: Received from clicking the Medical Supplies located at the East of the Crash Site in Mos Ila (565, 480).

      When all 3 buffs are collected, travel to the terminal located at 753, 463 to pick up the Tracking the Origin quest.

       

       

      For Republic:

      • Informed buff: Received from clicking the Emergency Notice Terminal located at the Starport entrance of Anchorhead (1720, -3037).
      • Attacked buff: Received from clicking the Crashed Escape Pod located in Anchorhead (1771, -3619).
      • Exposed buff: Received from clicking the Medical Supplies located in Anchorhead (2355, -3665).

    Do you really need the recipe to loot from Gargath? Sounds strange since that means others are pretty much relying on biochems to get that recipe.

     

    No it seems that is a pet on it self.
