POT5 mara, live on the west coast but have been playing the majority of my swtor career on the east coast POT5 server. Id like to transfer over to bastion so I can get a team to play with ranked arenas. This a good move?

Generally when you have high DPS games its because the other team has an unusually high amount of healers and tanks, keep in mind this was only one round of voidstar, they capped in about 20 secs to start the next round. I focus very well actually, if it wasnt for liege being on my team and us focusing off of each other that number very may well have been 0 instead of 6.

Yeah thats definitely a big plus for why I have been considering it, same goes for a couple others. And for the most part the consensus is the competition is not as high on the Bastion which would be a drawback.

I've been at the Pot5 server for a while and have gotten to know the community, but living on the West Coast and getting a new schedule has made it so that I can no longer participate in RWZ's.. at least not during primetime. The Bastion will be a lot more convenient for my playtime. I have a couple solid players who will potentially be coming with me once server transfers are available depending on how things play out. My question is who else plans on making a move to the Bastion and what is the community like there?

Yes you beat them on PTS which counts for little, do it on live then id be impressed they didnt even have their usual A-team when you managed to beat them. Casual has since for the most part quit the game, however Hoth Ski Patrol, Hostile Takeover, I Am Legend, Onslaught, Ubique, S Key to Victory are all teams that would hand any team on the bastion their asses to them.

I first played on Jung Ma, rerolled to Pot5 after about 5 months. The skill level is much higher and more prevalent on Pot5. This isnt to say there arent a select few good players on Jung Ma or any other server, but hands down Pot5 has a much bigger PvP community and Ranked PvP community. Many people who roll on Pot5 will run right back to their original server when they realize the difficulty in comparison.

Yeah thats no rumor its fact and they did it while I am MVP outgeared them. But im fairly certain that the top 5 teams from POT5 could beat the best team from the bastion

I wish there was a POT5 vs Bastion allstar rated competition where we take maybe 3 teams from each server and have them play against each other.
