is there a way to craft orange boots and hands other then getting the pvp ones and getting valor rank 60 to use them ? also from what iv been reading there are tool tips when RE orange lear when trying to learn the schematic i have seen 3 tool tips 1. 20% chance to learn a schematic ( yes i have a chance to learn somthing ) 2. no research avalible ( no i wont learn anything ) 3. requires armormech 400 ( ????????????????? )
