Well, I do not mind two skills per craft. Look from the other side. You know people will make a gathering bot/main and send all materials to an crafting alt. This way, you also need to spend some time on your alt to make at least the blue/purple stuff. It is still possible to get to 400 only on 1 gathering skill and no mission crewskill.

if you can not tell by observing other players if they deliver or holding back, you need to watch some more Rick Ashley videos. Seriously most friends I have play the game by sound. They know only by listening what abilities someone is using or when they are getting hit by something. Hardcore my behind.... dps-ers refusing to perform a certain action like interrupt or something like that, only not to fall behind on the damage meters. Next thing you will demand after damage meters is tank and spank bosses? So you do not have to waste time running around or doing something intelligent, only spam your buttons to have maximum damage output?

50% of healing is reading the fight and time your heals according to what you see. 20% is experience, if you have been to a certain dungeon you know what to expect. 30% is purely reactive healing. Pressing f1 - f8 is not that difficult, but you will loose some time on it. Raids you really want to click on the raidframes to select your targets. Why is mouseover bad? It makes healing so much efficient and (I admit) easier. You can make up for a person that does not do max DPS. But a tank or healer who isn't giving or cannot give it all, that can not be compensated by the rest of the team.

I never had trouble with non-english speakers on any server. Give respect, receive respect. Okay sometimes they need the help of a friend to translate certain boss tactics, but with social conversations, it only adds to the roleplay. Using emotes and figuring out what the hell they are saying is like visiting a tribe in the inlands of the Amazone.
