    Visit the NPC "Skill Mentor" at fleet (combat training section) or on your homeworld.

    As of 1.2, you can no longer purchase level 50 PvP gear prior to actually becoming level 50. The other option would be to stock up on WZ medpacks as you will not buy them while you are gearing up post-50.
