The amount of BS that guy has to deal with it, im surprised hes not flat out rude. The customer is not always right. In fact they are whiny lil %$#$& who have no respect or self control.
Odds are they do not know that info, and if they emailed an official early access dates, then people would be ************ that they didnt get in at there assigned date/time if things went wrong. Its lose/lose for swtor employees atm.
