  1. Unfortunately I think you may be right. Will look into this a little more
  2. Short version of story: I got one of these : http://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Republic-Knights-Starter/dp/B00T8NURF8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455769383&sr=8-1&keywords=Star+Wars%3A+The+Old+Republic+-+Knights+of+the+Fallen+Empire+Starter+Pack+-+Amazon+Bundle Because I didn't have the Revan expansion and I was looking to dive back into this game for a bit. My wife then went ahead and surprised me with one. So I got one I can't use. What are the rules for trading players something like one of these codes for in-game items etc? I realize it's a risky deal for anyone to actually make but I just want to make sure I'm not breaking any rules. If it's totally against the rules to trade this for in-game items/etc. I'll just figure something out. My wife doesn't play so giving her the code to play with me wont work. Would consider donating it to a community event as well.
  3. Well I've tried several characters(second highest is Jedi Knight at 25), have a pretty much every other character(except agent) in the teens. Usually get bored of imp characters by the second planet but everyone raves about the imp agent story line, I guess I'll give that a go. Any cartel coin suggestions? figured i'd unlock the cathar, not interested in any of the armor or weapons.
  4. Returning player, stopped playing before hutt cartel was released, was gifted a 60 day card by someone who thought I still actively played. Figured I'd give the game another go but I wanted to start with a new character. Already have a 50 trooper, need suggestions for what class I should play and what to waste cartel coins on? So halp please, thanks!
  5. Or he has a problem with XP being capped when the event is being advertised a way to quickly get ready for the new expansion. But what do you care? You're hardcore and awesome and hopefully one day we'll all understand that.
  6. It makes finishing the class quests a breeze. That gear is meant to be used for Hardmode flashpoints
  7. you know i've completely forgotten what server i'm on because I haven't been able to play in like 4 weeks. Will update my post later today.
  8. anyone interested in a doing any all sage or all inquistor parties as all four roles(melee/ranged dps, tank, heals) can be found there?
  9. yes, one pvp set(Recruit) and one pve set(Tionese) Both of which are hideous but are free. Also should make sure you have enough warzone comms so you can get lvl 50. pvp relics.
  10. get a group to do the heroic, do it and then ask said group if they want to do the pvp dailies. usually works for me. Also it's pretty silly to complain about griefing in an area flagged for pvp on a planet where everyone is the same level.
  11. So you decided to ignore a sample and that's supposed to make a convincing argument? your thinking may need some adapting, or is it evolving, I'm not sure which one you wanted to use this time.
  12. If it were me standing up, banging on a table, by myself, demanding a change be made, then yes your statement would make a lot of sense. Thing is, it's not just me, the reaction so far has been overwhelmingly negative. why keep it? being stubborn is great way to lose business in a crowded market.
  13. What about your people who have seen no increase at all? People in this topic who claim to Raid. Are you telling me there are people in progression guilds not getting augs for their characters? Because if they had augs their repairs bills weren't correct and now they should be, but they haven't changed. You really should take a minute before you post. Also my other question, why keep this if the community is largely opposed to it.
  14. Truth but he/she was replying to my posts and I mentioned the bugs. Also I don't see a good justification for this. No one is asking for free flying ponies, people don't like the change, the change isn't beneficial to the game and no one requested it. So I ask again, why not get rid of it?
  15. I get it. Reading is hard. So i'll repeat myself. The change is only for moddable gear, the change is not just affecting moddable gear. Most of the community doesnt want it, most of the community seems to hate it. What is the justification for the change?
  16. Or a company does what it's customers want and keeps customers.
  17. So the part that it looks like it's not working as intended means what? It should only change repair prices for moddable gear, that's not happening. Also the costs are high for fresh 50s and people still leveling and they don't need to be and people don't like it sooooooooooo why leave it in?
  18. It's a big change for people who just hit 50 or are new to the game/still leveling. You and I may have run 8,000 dailies/made millions from crew skills or cartel items/etc. but it doesnt mean everyone has. But the bigger issue here that a small gameplay change was made that wasn't entirely necessary and most people don't like it, why not get rid of it? Also it's not working the way it should(should only change modded gear repair prices but it's not), and not effecting everyone the same way which would mean it's a bug.
  19. I know right! except the change isn't working as intended. Change was only for moddable gear, it's not doing that. Also, not doing it to everyone. So it's a bug. So shut up.
  20. Blah blah blah, I didn't read the posts I just felt like being awesome online. change isn't doing what it should be, the change was meant only for moddable gear, that's not what happened. Also, it's not happening to everyone. This usually means bug unless Bioware has decided to RNG repair bills.
  21. Super duper! No grinding! The change still doesn't seem to be working as intended as repair costs are all over the place and some people(yourself included) aren't seeing any changes. I've never had the repair costs I've had until this change, not in any gear every. There is a mistake somewhere and it needs to be fixed.
