I have the missing companion from the last mission too. We get them back if we can ever finish this quest. Still sucks to be down a crew member for this long though.

Looks like its obviously affecting all troopers, I saw another post about the same issue at a different point in the class quest too. Anyone reading this with the same problem please post here and submit a ticket so they hopefully fix the issue as soon as possible. I am not doing any planet quests with this toon so I am effectively at a standstill since I cant progress the class quest. And as a side note to bioware. You have done a lot of things right with this game and had a great launch...but your quality control efforts before releasing patches is across the board the worst......EVER! I've seen you make intermittent bugs permanent with the patches meant to fix that very problem. Just throw a little testing at these patches is all im saying......ANY testing would be better.

The class quest operation talon is broken at the "Locate the Heads of State" update. When entering the room with the leaders you get the message "Not eligible for this conversation" same when clicking on the rakton holo. I have reset the quest and did it all over again with the same results. I talked to another trooper in his own "outpost 256" instance and he said his was doing the same thing. So I am assuming lasts nights patch broke the trooper class quest? I submitted a report but of course I am not holding my breath for a speedy resolution.
