Where they hiding. During the 11/11/11 beta i was scavenging and would find them sometimes. Then during 11/25/11 beta i got to 175 scavenging and never found 1 blue mat. It is very depressing to be able to craft a dozen or so blue type armors and yet not be able to find the materials anywhere. Is it only from missions? Well then what missions for wich skills? As i tried scavenging missions also and nothing but normal green mats.

That makes no sense. How are they the skilled if they beating bad players?
