I've been practicing my Running On Small Ledges and Jumping to Odd Places skills for years. Finally I get to put them to use!
-
There is no shared bank currently. The best you can do is mail items assuming they're unbound.

Those are odd locations for those buttons. Is this not a standard English keyboard?

I'm honestly not sure why they can't have different maintenance times for European and American servers. It would make sense. It's not like they're all in the same physical location after all. I'd rather not have my maintenance on the West Coast start at midnight, either. I like to play until 1 or 2 in the morning sometimes.
I'm not trying to say that they "can't" do it in two different batches. But, it would take more time than doing them all together and they'd need more staff than they currently have.
-
Personally I think it goes too slowly. But, for both our sakes, I wish they would put in something like [Press Space to continue]
That way both of us could read at our own pace.

Thank you all for the help its realy apreciated.
just becouse im curious, The card that im using now is Saphire Radeon 5670HD..
Am i just, doing something whrong or is this card not close to be able to proform this game?
Hmm...the Geforce 560 will be an upgrade over the Radeo 5670, but not a huge one. There may be some other problems with your computer if it's not running well on a 5670.
-
You should be fine with a 450W power supply. The CPU you have doesn't require too much power and the Geforce 560 is a midrange card. Should work fine.

I haven't seen chat bubbles since Phantasy Star Online
WoW had them.

It would definitely be nice if they did staggered maintenance for different regions. But, they're just starting out and working the kinks out of their operations schedules. I wouldn't be surprised if this was handled more smoothly in the future.
Patience young jedi.

You could open up your case and look at it. There should be a sticker which shows the power output. It will be something like 300W, 450W, 500W, etc.@ Mandrax. were can i check that. becouse i have no clue what powersupply this CPU is using.
Anti-aliasing is an option you can turn on in the graphics drivers that smooths out the jagged edges of diagonal lines. This makes the game look better, but run slower.btw what do u mean with ''anti-aliasing'' -
Man!!!! Wait what? Really?
Really
-
Not currently.

If you've already seen that post, then you know that the issue hasn't gotten lost. They just decided differently, for now.
-
They are aware of that concern but don't plan on implementing them right now because they don't have the manpower to moderate that many forums.

The Geforce 560 is a good card and you should be happy with it. I don't know what you mean when you say "interface lag". But, you should be able to run at full speed so long as you don't go crazy with anti-aliasing.

When you turn on the FPS monitor, are the numbers red or green?

The Hidden Beks server which I am on is Always Full or Very Heavy but everything below it is always Standard!
Some of my friends only started the past couple of days and chose a different server as mine is full... And there is no way I am starting over again after getting a level 25 account lol.
Is there a way for me to change servers with my Character?
And why are some servers always full while others half empty?
There is no current way to transfer characters between servers.
Full servers tend to have a self-reinforcing aspect to them. People roll on them because their friends are already there. So, any initial imbalance tends to get worse over time.

As was stated, pushback is delay in casting time due to taking damage.
Qyzen uses Aim because, for him, it enhances both melee and tech damage. Since he uses a techblade it works.

A single 8700M GT would be a little slow but SLI should be fast enough. Are you running in Fullscreen or windowed? If windowed, does it get faster in full screen? You might also want to wait for new drivers from nVidia to optimize SLI for this game.HI, I'm currently running:Intel® Core2 duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50 GHz processor
with an:
NVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT SLI (2) GPU...
is my GPU completely outdated for this game?
I've changed the resolution down to 1024X768 and altered all graphics settings to "off" or "low" and I still maintain 30 FPS on my ship...10-20 in the populated areas...
Do I need an entirely new computer? Or just a GPU.
*yes, I'm aware this is a desktop forum but I looked for a longtime to find the laptop one and couldn't find it. Sorry for the inconvenience and please don't flame me for posting a laptop question here. I'm very disappointed after waiting for so long to play this awesome game and have it essentially unplayable past the starter areas *

Hey, so i was wondering if i need a new graphics card or something? When i run the game, it is smooth, and it is not laggy. I have all settings on low and shadows off. But its clipping so i can barley see my character sometimes. Like in WoW when you glitched and the screen was messed up. It is like that constantley when i move. Im not sure why this is happening, because like i said it is running smooth with no lag. Anyone have an idea? Thank you
Can you get us a screenshot or video to describe what you're seeing? I don't quite understand.

If you're looking for a graphics card, check out this article and buy for whatever budget you have. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fastest-graphics-card-radeon-geforce,3085-2.htmlGood Evening all and a Merry Christmas. My son had SWTOR as a belated birthday present and after 3 days of launcher issues we got it running great and he has been chuffed to bits with it - Thanks Bioware, good show.
While playing this evening I believe he has "fried" the graphics card, if not completely then very soon to be so judging by the sound the fan was making:P
The dying card is an older xfx nvidia 8800gt, and my question is which cards are currently equivalent or recommended for SWTOR, but could really do with spending minimum cash if possible?
I had looked at the radeon 5570, is this likely to work and be similar performance, my lad said the graphics/game was fine till the fan went bad?
The 5570 can be had for around £40 in the UK if that helps anyone advise us?
All help gratefully received
Thanks

Will this PC run SWTOR on medium graphics, with reasonable fps? I'm willing to spend £70-100 to buy a new graphics card if needs be. If so, what card would thy tech gurus reccomend?
That computer should do nicely. I would personally choose either the nVidia 560ti or the AMD 6870 graphics cards.
Getting low FPS? Try this...
