I have no problem that new players get past rewards. I think it's stupid to exclude them from special rewards just because they have not discovered the game back then. But Bioware should have advertised this differently and not like it is a usual subscriber reward. And on top of that there probably should have been something new for all other subs. That said.. can I get the Tauntaun ram now because I missed it because of a short break

Any communication is better than no communication. And if they keep it going, reactions will get better. I always thought the job of a community manager is to communicate with the community aka the players and I am sure there are enough topics which justify a reaction in any sort of way. I don't like comparisons, but I know some other MMO forums where there are dev posts everyday. Shocking... I know.

Why not. A lot of people started later or made a small break (like myself in the first year after release) and will never have the chance to get one of those even if they are subscribed for a long long time now. Subscriber rewards like "get reward x for y years of subscription" is way better than a fixed date. PS: Yes, I am still really sad that I missed the tauntaun ram because of that short break. So it's just a try. PPS: I know it's OT but I can't think of any other older items I would want. But great idea

With my first character I noticed that, but forgot with the second. If you have items in the mail then the system asked if you really want delete the mail and the items. Don't know when you only have credits in it. But would be nice to change it back.... please. It's the second time I accidentally deleted old mails I want to keep

You should check the German translation. It says that the Nightlife event is coming back in August.

No. Platinum = What used to be Gold extra rare (like the Unstable Lightsaber which had a lower chance to drop than other gold items) Gold = What are rare Gold items now (like the weapon tuning thing) Silver = Silver Bronze = Bronze So just an additional tier for items that are already existing. Unlock costs would be interesting though...

Weapon customization? The only thing I would like to see is that they are added to the collection so that I can unlock it for my dual wielders. And make the drop rate higher - silver item.

I could log in right after the patch so it must be another reason. I tried FixLauncher.exe and now it opens the old launcher with the error message that the login server is not available (German client).

I'm still waiting too. Checked everything for the 10th time, even the logs of my old address. And I am still wondering why I never received any newsletter in the past at all. Changed to gmail now, but have no hope.

When I read through all the threads I have a feeling that a lot of people who didn't receive the code, didn't receive any newsletter in the past at all. Even though they are opted in. So it seems to be a general problem with the newsletter itself. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I haven't received the mail either yet. Changed my mail address in the meantime because I never got the newsletter in the past (could be too late though). A note from Bioware would be nice if the process is finished. But I guess we have to wait until Monday for that.

No Gmail and I have already checked every spam folder I can think of. I do get the mail for the monthly cc though, so I never bothered about the newsletter. I'll see in a few hours and then maybe contact cs.

It's not about terms, it's about customer service as someone already mentioned.

They are not rare, they drop instead of the usual bronze items. So you will get a lot, but have another chance for a silver or gold item from them. I think I say good night too... was too good to be true to believe I can play today

And they advertised that subscribers (by 1st Feb?) get 2 days early access. In fact when they aren't finished in about 2-3 hours I and most of the working people in Europe only get one day early access. Just something that should be thinked about for the future if this bonus shall attract someone to subscribe.
