1. It takes an hour to reboot 50 servers which clearly means no one has heard of management tools that do this for you remotely and do batches.
2. Harmless troll posts get insta locked and deleted while serious support tickets go unanswered for days.
3. If a CS person doesnt understand your issue, they close the ticket and tell you that they are investigating.
4. No tickets are ever left opened, if they don't have a proper answer for you the ticket gets closed and you get a thank you note for taking the time to email them about your problems.
5. 2 or 3 Busy servers and 48 desolate servers are better then merging because merging is admittance of fail.
6. There is no QA team at bioware whatsoever - QA is done ingame by you, the player, after the rollout of an update which is normally why theres another update shortly after the initial one, which is to patch the **** you find.
7. Alot of time, effort and hype go into the release of a major update which produces very little improvements and lots of useless **** which gets promoted relentessly but has zero in game benefit. case in point - your family tree.
8. It is ok to destroy an original concept such as Star Wars so that your game characters based on the opriginal concept can inherit certain abilities never meant for them in the 1st place. Show me where Bobba Fett could force choke?
9. If your new update is starting to smell like fail, start promoting your next update. Game update 1.3? seriously guys fix 1.2 make the game at least half decent before trying to make us wet our lips about 1.3
10. When your game is starting to fail, don't merge servers. Instead, introduce a concept of free play for the existing players friends so that your servers appear to me fuller than what they are, thereby giving you another excuse not to downscale the number of servers you need. Only problem is, these people arent paying subscribers and will not be coming back anytime soon.
