im a prety new 50 and dont know everyting about the pvp system tahts why i told that guy what i did. im totaly open for advice. i was just stating from my point of view that i thought if you go tank, you wont get as much points as a dps.

i have a Jedi Guardian. was vigi spec and was gettin about 90 pts a game. went back to tank spec and still PVP and im only getting about 50 pts a game now.. no love for us tanks.seems only way to farm pvp is to go dps

if expertese does stack with ohter stats thats just dumb. so that 16% which should just help a little and give you a bit of an edge, actually turns out to be 60% damage redution / increase? doesnt make sense to me. like i said, gear should just help. not make you win

the problem is, alot of people in wzs dont try, they think they just have to kill. ESPECIALLY huttball. thats just a joke on republic side. every now and then i quit if were insanely losing because empire outnumbers us 4:1 on my server and most the time we dont have full groups and are undergeared. but i do love trying to win at last minute. but sometimes u gotta know when your defeated

I have to agree with OP. though i dont have to much pvp gear. and i just hit 50 a few days ago. pvping against people is suppost to b about skill. player vs player not gear vs gear. gear should help. but not make you over powered. now im not taking anything away from the people who put in hard work to obtain that gear, cause im all for earn what you get, BUT its not fun getting face rolled just cause they hit 50 in a few days and pvp against people with equall gear.

well for starteres least teh normal wzs will fill equally. and wel have more then 10 people on illum.

if they want to delete this because im posting in a general thread that is still swtor related then w/e i dont care.

this game is so awesome, but it gets ruined by being overpopulated by empire. im not even going to mention the subtle things the empire gets over us, but im talking about being out numbered 4:1. this is pathetic. im in Illum as i post this. and thers only 10 of us. and we have to pull 1 little empire chump at a time just to get our daily. been her about 15 mins with a few kills. and theres a ton of sith outside doing the same thing. *** is this? how can this game be soooo imbalanced? merge teh servers. im always seing that the planet im on has bout 10 people. 18 tops if im lucky. and i play on a "highly populated" server. yes this is a "QQ" thread. but it still doesnt mean what im talking about isnt an issue. merge the servers so at least we have some numbers. im always joining wzs and we never have a full group and always lose because were outnumbered. this is pathetic.

im not saying people are goign to rage quit. but when you get outnumbered insanely on ilum just about every time. itl make people not want to play. servers are ridiculous imbalanced with tons of empire

thansk bioware for making this game so imbalanced and that you favor emprie. not sure if it was just my game i was in, but the pvp with the turrets. empire had 9 players and we only get 8. ***? not to mention the devs rolld a guild on myserver and are all imp. theres tons of posts on here about imbalance issues and how much the devs favor the empire. bravo guys. ur going to lose some people if this isnt addressed.

making it anti casual is a good thing. going "anti casual" is what killed wow. making the game too easy can only keep even casual's interest for so long until they get bored of mashing the keyboard to win

i agree witih OP. the JG is hard as hell to tank with! im 23 and man... if you have more then 2 mobs. its a pain. running around. only have 1 effin taunt. your shield skill doesnt really work well since they out dps your threat. and thers no way to measure threat in this game which makes it even harder. BUT im still pushing through the levels. i just think the JG is wayyyy wayyyy wayyyyy underpowered. I dont want it to be faceroll easy, but at least make it fun to play? how can you seriously tank with only 1 taunt? haha *** is that?

same here OP. i dont get why people hate it? do you really want to spend 30 mins spamming in chat, and most the time u get replies from people who dont know whats going on? i would like it just to be server only LFD. that way, if theres a person who ninja loots. youd know that they were on your server and can spread the word not to join with this person. or kick them if they get in one of your groups. it was only OK at the time because tahst all we had back in the day was to just spam chat. like someon said earlier. people THINK they were socializing in chat and it was awesome great times. but in reality it was just people trolling or being a-hats
