Great damage, but not burst. If you want burst play a diff class.

If I'm duoing with wife and need healer, healer stance. Otherwise, we have far better DPS companions. -

It gets fantastic. I usually top damage/kills in any warzone, 300k+ and as a Sage you can get many medals... However, do not expect to be as bursty as some other classes; however, I find the variety in play-style and the tools at Sage have to be the most fun. -
I've found Qyzen to be an awesome solo tank at 50 for Sage DPS. I think he's our best tank, I'm looking forward to having him in awesome gear.

As a member of Conquest in DAOC (Merlin/Andred/Mordred) I can say, hands down PvP in DAOC was THE BEST MMO PVP ever made. Planetside #2.

Thats why Swifty crits for 220k.... Thats why Arcanite Reaper War and EnhSham proc windfury was king in Vanilla WOW. Thats why in Conquest, we dominated DAOC with PBAOE classes... Thats why in EQ1 and 2 DPS > all Thats why in Warhammer Online WitchElves/Hunters were top PVP Burst > All Control is a fallacy.

Burst Classes > All Assassins/Shadows Operative/Scoundrel Sniper/Gunslinger If you wanna win PVP, play one of those... they are almost entirely broken when in full PvP gear. However, that's just right now... But I'll tell you, in ALL PVP MMORPGS Burst > Anything Else Those class mechanics will not change, so pick a burst class and stick with it.

Save your stun / force speed... Assassin jumps you Stun Force Speed away Usually you are half way across the room or w/e by then.

Force Effusion is just awesome! Any spec + Force Effusion = No More Mana Problems.

Cool a bursty OP complaining about another bursty OP. I've been crit by Operatives and Assassins for 5k+ quite regularly. I've seen high end spec Assassins 2 shot people with consumables (Jim on Death Wind Corridor comes to mind). Anyways, play what you enjoy. If you want a competive MMO game, stop playing MMORPGs... play an FPS or RTS where PvP is central.

Me too, I like Tidal Force in mine, but I must thank Knocko for showing me this hybrid spec via his videos, love it.
