I understand your frustration. But think about it. The windows platform is pretty open. Everyone can create and sell 3rd party software and hardware. Mice, keyboard, graphic card +++. You can pick and choose your system. It is simply impossible for a software company to test every scenario.
From the small amount of serious bugs, this launch has been pretty awesome if you ask me.
And rest assured, they will try to find the case of this, but it might be damn hard to find what is causing it among all those possibilities.
