Agreed, why make us run past things we gona need after the amount kills required. Had this one Hoth. Kill 30 NPC's. After killing, it updates to... Click on 8 boxes, that you just ran past 100 times. After that it updates to... Now click and plant explosives on the equipment you just ran past 200 times. lolwhut

1 lvl 50 for republic. 2 lvl 50's for Empire Down the line I'll get another one up to 50 on Republic side. Above is what I'm aiming to get, I'm still working on getting lvl 50 on my first character. Anyone else feel like, they are able to repeat side quest and stuff on the Empire side, but when it comes to Republic, you just feel this weird turn in the stomach and just don't feel like doing them again lol.

Yup it does, I'm one of the dark dudes in our guild on the republic side. Makes questing ALOT more interesting, as depending on who wins the rolls, the whole convo changes directions.

Chase then beat down people questing? One guy gets in trouble, calls guild for help, the next guy does the same, BAM OPEN WORLD PVP! Then you do some questing, get killed. Then turn around and do the killing. PvP server offers excitement and danger vs I'm completely safe and can quest all I want.

Side quest lead to the planet's bonus series, which is interesting to play through. It also allows access to more heroics and unexplored areas. Not to mention the loot you get from those carries you for a good 5 to 10 lvls.

This limitation is based on the devs, they are going to implement same gender romance, thought it's not a priority. So those playing female characters get to still flirt. (Even if it's just with their companions)

No idea why you're havin this issue, but a couple of people I know have cancelled and are still playing for the remainder of their game time.

Some people do not use their game characters to represent them selves. Alot of people like to create a character as a actor. In my case, a female character is the actor I want for that role I'm playing. People who give the arse reasoning have a valid point too, it's like saying don't you feel g*y sitting there and equipping things on a dude? It all comes down to the purpose of your character. Is the character you're creating an image of your self? or Is the character you're creating an actor for your entertainment? I personally enjoy seeing chicks kick arse, to me, they cooler in armor. They kick arse and look good while doing so. But, if you're the action man type and imagine your self as the character, than playing the opposite gender at that point is a weird. Is like you're trying to role play a girl, which at that point you as a person are questioned.

I haven't noticed any changes to my character either.

This will change for you dramatically at later levels. That flashpoint is pretty easy. I think it was just meant to introduce people to flashpoints and it's stories. Just give you an idea. At the end of the day, it would be worst if you kept getting whiped at lvl 10, then hopped on here saying something along the lines of skill setup sucks, we need more skills at lvl 10 so we can heal/tank and fullfill our roles. The higher lvl flashpoints will ask for a tank and healer guaranteed.

This... There is nothing stopping you from cancelling your sub right after the setup.

The equivalent of that (from the sounds of it, didn't play EQ my self) would be the character Legacy.

You are not forced to pick a particular light/dark side choice just because you want that gear, alot of instances and flashpoints are repeatable, which allows you to do same choice multiple times to gain rank. The choice wheel is there for you to experience the game the way you want it. You might wanna be pure light, but along the way an NPC annoys you and you choose to kill him in a cutscene. No problem, it will not stop you from maxing out the light side. Neutral Gear is gear that's not marked as Dark or Light. Any alignment can wear them. Kinda pointless to expect gear ONLY for neutrals to be implemented. EDIT: Spellings.
