How long did it take?

So, is the issue with missing class storys solved in 4.04 for anyone? http://imgur.com/a/KPG2E I know they dont say that they have fixed that specific problem but since it is very much game breaking for me and many more so I am very curious. Have no idea if ''not eligible for this conversation'' has any thing to do with my class story. Anyway I can't finish Chapter 1 because of this and it is very veeeery infuriating. Its pretty much the same for me, cant progress class story for my inquisitor (except I am on Alderaan). Sent in a tick a few days back and now the ticket menu bugged out on me aswell showing just ''updating''.
