No sarcasm. They are single player games but they are also Bioware games. KOTOR was single player but SWTOR is multiply player. So single player arena fights in KOTOR would turn into multiplayer arena fights in SWTOR.

It always bothers me that people on these boards are always so quick to shut down new ideas. Games only get better because of fresh ideas. If you can't or won't contribute to possibly making this game better, don't post.

That sounds awesome. The original KOTOR had the arena fights on Taris and Dragon age 1 (another bioware game) had arena fights in Orzamarr. It only stands to reason that SWTOR would need to have organized arena battles. I support wholeheartedly this idea. One of my favorite scenes from sword art online (anime about mmo) is when he fights the guild leader in the arena one on one with everyone watching and cheering.

I just think that at some point this game will need something to diversify the characters. It gets kinda wierd when im running around and I see multiple people with not only the same companion as me but also the same gear. We all just become clones of each other which is fine i guess if you roll a trooper Plus I secretly just want to play as Rex or Pre Visula from clone wars.

I'm not here to compare ESO and SWTOR or debate which is better. I love them both. However there is one thing that Elder Scrolls Online does that I kinda wish SWTOR would copy and that is the ability to equip any weapons or armor for any class. Obviously for Star Wars there would have to be some restrictions like non-force users can't equip light sabers or force users can't equip blasters. I just think it would be cool to be able to have dual pistols as a trooper or a melee bounty hunter. Basically you would still have unique class abilities like lightning for inquisitor or flame thrower for bounty hunter but then you could have different abilities for each weapon type. I think it would add originality to each character. It would allow people to be the Star Wars character they want to be.
