Wow, that's pretty ridiculous.
Instead of typing a wall of text (which I began to do), I'll just say that i'm really unhappy with the content of this "answer", with the false advertising and with this new example of Bioware disdain for their customers.
Pretty fed with the continous lies too...

You do realize that they can get more servers in the farm? And they can block character creations for new peoples and so on right? There is tons of stuff available to not let queues go bigger than 10-15 ppls and a few minutes but BW are just greedy - they don't want to spend money on expanding farms and building more servers they just want to squeeze everything they can from what they have and that's what I don't approve and I don't want to give them my money for this ********. Any way to cancel the preoder or you will continue to troll in my thread?
No, it is a greed decision. Bioware/EA don't want to increase too much the number of servers because they know what happened to Warhammer. At launch, Warhammer had queues too, they opened a lot of new servers to suppress them. Guess what, 2 weeks after launch, when people began to have "normal" gaming session, the servers felt empty. Then, people whined because there wasn't anybody on their servers and quit.
Anybody who have a little experience in MMORPG knows that queues are normal at launch. We even want it because it means that down the lines the servers will have a healthy population. No queues at launch might be nice for 1 or 2 weeks, but after that it means the game is devoid of people to play with.

I have the same problem. I have a crew I didn't take and I can't suppress it to take another.
Game virtually unplayable now, can't even tell when my cooldowns are on properly.

Sure. Now, can you explain to me how you manage to see the difference between ready and 3s before being ready for an ability with a 5mn cooldown?
You must have really good eyes if you can see the 1/100e of your ability covered by the CD...
