I have a lot of alts and at least one for each of the crafting crew skills. I know from first-hand experience that mailing stuff back and forth between my alts is a pain in the butt. Sometimes I don't remember who has what or I forget that I already have a material on a different character and I don't really need to get more of it. A central location to keep all this stuff would make things so much more convenient.

I'm sure this has come up before, but a Legacy Bank to transfer items between alts more easily would be really nice. It could come in ranks that require increasing Legacy Levels and cost an increasing amount of credits to unlock more slots. Thanks.

I don't think it's fair that I don't get to keep my character's name when being transferred to another server because someone without a subscription could be using it. I contacted customer support via phone and they explained that you guys don't want to cause any inconvenience with that customer if they return to the service. Well ... I'm paying right now and I don't think it's cool that character names are unavailable to your customers because of people who aren't even playing the game anymore. Maybe they should get the re-name notification instead of me.
