  1. I figured it would be a toggle, the same way we can hide the head piece with the 'eye' button. I used the term vehicle because that's what the UI uses. They probably should change that to 'mounts' instead of vehicles.
  2. As the title suggests: "Option to link a mount per outfit in the outfitter." Provide a square for us to drag and drop a mount, like we do for armor along with an 'eye' button to toggle on and off, similar to the way we can toggle head pieces. We would need a button for our quick bars to use the mount. Similar to the buttons we can use for random mounts we would need a button to use the 'Current Outfit's Mount'.
  3. I was just wondering if the new character customize button available on the character sheet is linked to the currently selected outfit. I don't think it is but one can hope. BTW it would be great to link a vehicle to an outfit.
  4. Thank you Nee-Elder for linking that post, this bug, (and it is a bug because the items have the 'Locked in collections.' note), has been around for a while now. Sounds like a checkbox was missed when they removed it from the CM for the Festival version. Bioware please fix this oversight or update the items by removing the 'Locked in collections.' which is misleading. I had planned on unlocking it for all characters and getting the set for my other characters. 90 packages take a bit to collect, and I'd rather have spent it on something else.
  5. Purchased the Life Day Robes pieces, (vestments, boots and lower robes), from the Life Day vendor, equipped them and made an outfit with them in the outfitter. They are not unlocked in Collections and their icons indicate that they are still unlocked. I submitted a ticket and in a response to the ticket the CSR acknowledged they were in my inventory and to equip all of the items at once to unlock. Of course, I've done this many times. Any suggestions?
  6. This is a gotcha for many folks, who may delete one or more pieces before the collection is completed meaning they can't grab additional copies in the future. BTW you can unlock the collected item or armor set for all characters from the Collections screen for a significantly reduced price, gold items are generally 400cc and half that when they periodically hold the 50% sale for collected items. Another trick for dyes: While we can't reuse dyes, because of the way the outfitter works, we can keep the armor pieces with the dye applied in storage. For example, I have many copies of armor chest pieces with different dyes applied. This way I can 'reuse' the dye, (16 slots is far too few for me). To do this, don't apply the dye in the outfitter apply it on an actual armor piece in your inventory, usually the chest, then add that piece to the outfitter. You can now store that armor piece and reuse it. This is more relevant for dyes like Black and Black or White and White which can cost hundreds of millions of credits or 1000 to 1500 CC.
  7. Thank you for the link! That skit just made me laugh. As a software engineer, I've had discussions that come pretty damn close to that skit ... many times over the years.
  8. Yeah, sorry about that. Read that price while reading up on the mule process. They must have been on sale at the time of the post. However, the problem remains, people and credit sellers do use mules to transfer items from one server to another expressly to profit while hurting the economies of both servers. Long term this is bad for everyone except those making the short-term profit.
  9. Concerning crafting, pay to win is already in the game. Recently discovered we can transfer with crafting mats, such as Legendary Embers. Transfers costs 90cc and apparently don't have a cooldown. I've seen the Ember market crash after we got prices up to 800k a pop on my server because players started transferring mules over from other servers, where I'm told, the price for Embers was 300k. I hadn't realized this was thing as other MMO's 1) Don't allow transfer of such items, for the obvious implications for server economics; 2) Have a significant cooldown on Transfers. Reading up on this I've discovered it's seen as a legit way to make credits, transferring items from one server to another where they're a big win, at least temporarily. Credit sellers must love this as well. This is certainly a form of pay to win.
  10. Just a heads up, just did Gault Rennow and he definitely no longer loves technology gifts. Luxury gives significantly more, can't give exact numbers because of gear influence bonuses and I swapped out a few pieces. Almost worth making a gear set just for leveling companions.
  11. I know its a necro post, but this is a great post! Just bought the Underworld Patrons Bundle and these two were missing. Go to Show Available , under All, showed these patrons using the filter.
  12. There is a 'Fullscreen (Windowed)' option if you want to try that. The only quirk is that you can't control gamma, it uses the desktop's gamma setting.
  13. Just completed the Little Boss quest for Blizz, I received credit for the 'A Jawa by Any Other Name' achievement and the 'Much Ado About Some Things' achievement, but not the 'Break the Ice' achievement which is a meta achievement for accomplishing both of the above. It was nice to see these returned to the game but a shame to see one broken. Also disappointed for not having been credit for accomplishing these achievements on previous characters.
  14. <--- Speaks true. I am hoping we're going to see some new content soon that will address the problem, otherwise pretty lame.
  15. Grade 10 slicing on Darvannis for sure, mixed with grade 9 as well.
