I'm having the same problem, cannot buy customization for Quinn. This needs to be fixed. I found a fix, I got on my ship, flew to another planet, flew back to Ilum and the customization was available for me. Hopefully this will work for others as well

Over the course of two days, I read it all and I absolutely loved it . There were times in the story that I had tears in my eyes, a really wonderful story
