So all the work I put into maxing those old reputations out is just washed away. At the time this rep was sold as a reason to get particular crates, now the point of that is what? Fewer and fewer reasons to keep up with this game...

I appreciate the discussion here! I am encouraged to see that there are some that feel the same, while many that also disagree. I would never want this game to end as it is and will always be one of my favorites. Your hope gives me hope! I just also hope that the developers continue to be honest about the direction of things.

After living through the death of Asheron's Call 2, Star Wars Galaxies, Asheron's Call, and Asheron's Call 2 for a second time, I can't help but feel like logging into these forums is exactly how it felt logging into those forums the year or so before they finally admitted that the end was coming. The biggest thing that stands out in all of these cases is the Devs' vague promise of content that is coming one day while any changes that do make it into production leave the players wondering, "you spent time on that?". I keep checking the Dev Tracker every couple of weeks hoping to see some reason for me to renew my subscription, but all I see is an occasional money-grab cartel market drop or a "please log-in and we will give you an achievement" event. Is there something I'm not seeing here? I don't feel like this game would necessarily shut down any time soon, but is this as good as its going to get?

The subscriber rewards are limited to encourage constant subscription. The game is clearly bleeding to death, so they have to resort to things like this unfortunately. There is plenty of solo content to catch up on, and the story line is very good. After that, however, there is little to entice you to remain a subscriber beyond these time-locked rewards.

Some people's name may be available on another server. Personally if my name was changed it would make the game unplayable to me, I would no longer be able to "get into it".

It certainly feels like it is dying. Any new content is bungled by the devs and the continuing nerfs (albeit most are not drastic) give the impression that the devs are worried more about holding players back than giving them more things to do. The creep-like roll out of the new operation is just shameful. The command system also seems to have backed progression into an odd corner. If you increase the level cap to 75 do you reset the command rank? That'll make a lot of players happy... I find myself playing this less and less, I will probably remove my subscription from auto pay and just manually become a subscriber when it seems worth it.

Since most of us will be needing to buy a lot of saber crystal unlocks soon, any chance of a 50% off cartel unlock sale to ease the blow?

Replaying Ziost and Class Missions in general has been requested for a while now, but I dunno where (if at all) on dev radars this is. Particularly if you use a token to create a lvl 60/65 char, you are locked out of many codex entries and titles which you can never achieve.

A few quick questions: 1) Does this quest chain grant any codex entries that you would not be able to get if you just use the legacy perk unlock? 2) Does using the legacy perk unlock prevent you from starting/completing the quest chain as well? 3) Does starting KotFE prevent you from starting/completing the quest chain?

Will these components be used to purchase the new Tier 4 gear?

Your CPU is more than sufficient. You are running the same specs that I do (a 2014 Razer Blade), but I don't see these issues myself. I am not sure what to recommend the cause could be, but the answer certainly isn't that you need to upgrade your system, especially if this suddenly started happening.

I love this!!!! I have an Ebon Hawk-esque ship I've built (will get some pictures), and hope to do a Fury class soon. The Thranta Class has always been one I wanted to do sometime though!

Anyone else think this is just garbage? It is ugly, it is not legacy armor, and it has no bonuses. Why should I not just vendor this crap immediately? Oh right it has 0 value and can't sell it either.

When will we get the option to disable certain sound effects from attacks? Still not playing a guardian until I can turn off that annoying scream-yell-thing that Plasma Brand does.
