Hur går jag med i guilden?

I'm a player who has been playing this game on and off since launch but now want to get a more continous playing experience. Being 40+ i have less patience with imature players, had enough of those during the many years i played WoW. I'm playing mostly healer and like that role very much but need practice since my return to the game, so if you can tolerate misstakes then i'm glad. :-) I have characters on both sides so Sith/Republic doesn't matter as much as the guild and it's members itself. A friendly and helpfull atmosphere is what i'm really after. I have been a roleplayer for a long time so that's not an issue at all but i play mostly PvE. I have never been any good at PvP to be honest. Looking forward hearing from any guild that fits the required description. :-D

A few days ago i got an upgrade for for Elara's pistol...a green one with cunning/endurance all over. I thought that there must be some mistake from Bioware, that she used cunning in the beta but that they changed her stat from cunning to aim with the release version. But even the next replacement for the pistol had cunning/endurance on it. Will i get an upgrade with the stats that's stated in the Codex about Elara Dorne (there it's stated that her primary stat is AIM!) or do i have to go and equip her with a random drop/quest reward that isn't directed connected to her?

Do you choose "Commando" or "Reflex" mods as a tanking Vanguard on your armor and weapon? Commando have more Endurance then Aim Reflex have more Aim then Endurance. Been using Commando mods up until now, but starting to think if it's not better to start use Reflex instead. Anyone have any thoughts on this subject?

Please forgive me for asking, but is there a point to get some/all the codexes? Do they unlock some quests/gear/titles?
