Can someone please confirm if this is a bug or not, as I have only seen the patch notes explain the 10% bug Is it a bug when he insta kills the tank with the first tick of his lightening.?? Please as its really annoying me and my guild group... havent even got to the possibility of the 10% bug as he kills us with a instant tick of lightening. regards Fluff

Is there a bug in the HARD mode fight with the damage from the lightning when he 1 shots everyone I have only seen patch notes about the 10% bug thanks

Emerging Conflicts I bugged?

Had same issue, on the Emerging Conflicts I and II. I was leader of the groups doing it, ran all 3 flashpoints, Hammer, Athis and Mandalorian... The quest didnt complete from any... Me and a friend have the same issue, but another friend has it working ok... its annoying as we have now missed out on about 50k xp. hope they fix this soon.
