Does anyone know if there is an expertise soft cap/hard cap?

This is the spec i was thinking about. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#500MMZfMrRrhddGoZMM.1 In my opinion, the build compliments itself. I feel that Zen Strike and Master focus really compliment each other. Along with Effluence and swelling winds, i.e. why wouldn't you spec into something which is free and gives you more damage. And Gather Strength, although situational, is worth due to the amount of slows and roots in the game. However, this stills leave me unsure on what secondary stats to go for. With the new stats on BM gear would it be possible to just leave the mods as they are and just go full BM?

What stats and such do you go for in vigi? I'm going to change over from focus and I am not really how to spec and mod my gear. So, after 1.2 I'll probably spec into Vigi (i'll probably spec something like this. Still unsure about sundering throw though http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#500MMZfMrRMhddGRZr.1) Now, I don't really know what stats to go for. In focus, i went for power and surge because sweep damage is based off of force damage. In vigi should i go for crit and surge or stick to power? Please correct me if I'm wrong I am just looking for a bit of advice.

When the new class/race combos unlock, will sith purebloods hold the saber the same as sith or will it be like the jedi?
