Allright, I tried everything and I am still stuck at 146 artifice at level 16. I guess I will have to level up a bit to see if that fixes it..

Here's a question I haven't found on my search, Can anyone tell me if there is a hard level cap to progress with crafting mission? I am currently level 16 on my sith assassin, and he has the artifice crew skill. I had another character mail him some mats to level up artifice, but i do not seem to get any more crafting points at 146 crew skill, even when I craft yellow, orange, and red items. Is this normal, I thought after level 10 there were no caps on crafting skills. Thanks for any info provided!
