DPS VG/PT, which stats & what numbers to go for @ PvP?

Based off the post 3.0 PVE damage parses.......... Power, Surge, and Alacrity. SInce the diff in overall damage increase from AIM aug and power aug I go with AIM to help my crit out while I put surge power alacrity and surge in my gear slots. It doesnt matter what anyone says about pve parses not mattering in pvp. thats ******** it matters DUMP your crit for power and alacrity surge to 70 -

Banning subs = terrible idea for dying game............ bottom line there is no logical argument you can offer otherwise. -

Banning any subs would be terrible business model. Bottom line. -
In light of playing the last two days post patch, its been a ghost town. If you perma ban people. You will be killing the game. Rollback. If you perma ban and add to the current population issues more people will quit. Myself included.

Marauders don't do nearly enough DPs in PvP to offset how low their survival is.... As for having the best CDs in the game? Maybe you're confusing that with juggs being able to heal to full while being pounded on........ As it stands maras need a flat out DPs buff.

Facts. No hybrid class aka juggs/guard, assassins/shadows, merc/trooper, operative/smuggler, sorc/sage should ever out damage a pure DPs class........... Ever. If this is due to overall hybrid survivability, then Nerf survivability. If this is due to self heals, then Nerf self heals... Its really a no brainer. All specs that are DPs specs should have little to no self healing or tanking unless you're going to offset marauder/sent survivability with damage output. Maras should be doing more damage than snipers/gunslingers. Mathematically. One because they lack kiteability, and two they are in the fray. That's facts. Not opinions.

I've played Mara since the second month that the gave was alive. I have played annihilation just about 90 percent of the time so take into account my playtime. I didn't last long enough to see the changes in 2.0 up to the infamous 3.0 changes but I can tell you that from the time I have played marauder till I recently came back. I just feel like you barely spent any time with the classes. Now having a maxed level, smuggler, jugg, assassin, sorc............, I can see that maras have been the bastard child this entire time. Maras now are pathetic...... Class survivability is atrocious compared to hybrid classes who can out heal all the damage I put on them and still have enough damage to kill me whilst I use all my cooldowns. Mara utilities are a mess.......... Camo should be anti root anti slow as a baseline and not a utility..... Undying rage should heal maras for at least 20 percent of their max life. These are the minimalist of changes the class NEEDS. The damage output for carnage is decent while I still believe that massacre should be internal or elemental damage like it was on release. I dunno where to even begin about annihilation...... Deadly saber....... How in the world is this ability not revamped......? 12 sec CD with a three rage cost? The way it works , its helps very little with single target DPs..... If your lucky enough to get three consecutive attacks on a single target without interruption or the need to switch targets you have to wait for an additional 9 seconds before you can reaply and If this is supposed to be our main damage single target dot it sucks in comparison to lethality spec operatives single target dots. It should be made into a buff lasting at least 6 seconds minimum with a max application of 3 stacks on any given target........ Its not spammable....... It still has a long cd and still has a big resource cost. Force rend ............. It's actually a great ability, however I think it would be better as a passive. In order to procc a free force rend you have to go through 3 full uses of annihilation.......... In what world does that seem like a decent amount of time? In PvP a Mara would be globalled before they could get off two Annihilation's....... If its designed to wait till proc before use, then it has to have way more damage. If its designed to be used situationally, then it needs to be revamped..... Either lower the amount of stacks from annihilation needed to proc or increase the stacks per annihilation on use... My personal preference would be to make it a passive and take it out of the rotation altogether. I'd like to see it maintain its current damage but be applied off of a use of smash which would provide seamless application to multiple targets in the aoe of smash as well as spread the dot of impale. I'd even say take impale out of being able to be spread all together and make it just another single target dot with short application. This would make it on par with imperial agents corrosive grenade and their single target dots. Please take these suggestions under advisement. I believe it would greatly help the class and spec.

Yes. What said about mmo PvP in general is its never balanced no matter what game you play and they don't care to spend enough time and money on development to make it balanced......

Horse poop. The reason why hacks are so priminen in this game is because the behavior of the hack mimics the terrible glitching...... Its almost impossible to tell. I've seen the hacks and I've tested them and people use them and will never get banned. They know this. That's why they are used.

Overload Saber doesn't count as its a buff and not an attack I don't consider it pertaining to damaging attacks. As far as priority goes overload is the highest priority regardless. In the interest of dot management, in order to be doing max potential dps on a target one must have 3 stacks of overload plus two other dots.... that's technically 5 casts for 3 fully effective dots. ****** rotation and ****** design. All other dot dps classes have 3 applications for 3 dots ie op, assassin.
