If my name would be taken from me just because she's not high level enough I would unsub.
Apparently you're fortunate enough to not have been through a server merge. I lost my main's name because of it... twice. Once from Kaas City -> Canderous Ordo then again from Canderous Ordo -> JC. The first time my character was lvl 50 and in full Rakata gear, so I don't know how that even happened in the first place.

You still can't claim that everything star wars needs lightsabers to feel like star wars.
I've been playing the Fantasy Flight Games RPG "Edge of the Empire" for a while now, and not a single lightsaber has appeared since it takes place during the time between Ep IV and Ep V, and nobody has complained about there not being any lightsabers.
YOU might think there needs to be lightsabers in all things star wars, but that doesn't make it a universal truth.
True story. I remember reading an overview of the upcoming "Rouge One" movie (taking place between Ep III and IV). They pretty much said that lightsabers are going to be nonexistent. Still looking forward to it.

I always thought the conclusion of the Vitiate storyline would signal the last big expansion prior to this game going into maintenance mode. Seriously, what greater power in the galaxy at this point in time is there? Maybe that's why they keep dragging the story on.

I can't remember if these are legacy achievements or not. If they are, does this mean all existing (and subsequent new) legacy characters get the deco... kinda like what happens with the Rishii Idol?

I mean, the CE came with a statue of Malgus, why not get whoever made those some extra business? Then again, that's a lot of hands in the cookie jar wanting their cut... EAWare, figure manufacturer and Lucasfilm. Not exactly as much profit than the cash cow that is the CC market.

I don't know. A lot of the armors in game right now look pretty bad when dyed because the colors are just too bold. Based on what I'm seeing in the preview pic, I'm afraid this ReShade would only make that problem worse.

Wow, bit of a necro thread here. The good news is she's getting an appearance upgrade in KOTFE. I see her in the livestream promo on the SWTOR front page and I'm happy with the changes.
Although it would be sweet Bioware poked fun at themselves a bit and had your characters say something about her new look when they see her again in the expansion.

That's so infuriating! Same with Quinn and Skadge. Maybe I wouldn't detest these characters so much if I had the chance to kill them or at least throw them out. I just can't find one single reason for my gals to keep them on their ships.
At least Quinn attempted to apologize. Kaliyo was like "whatevs" and moved on.
She must pay.

Didn't really catch me by surprise either. The fact is, I would have removed her from the crew upon even the slightest inclination she was a security risk. Like in a lot of spy movies, you use an asset only as long as you need them, then cut ties. The problem is, we never had the option of getting rid of our companions and...
... she succeeded in selling/giving away an unknown amount of Imperial secrets to terrorist cells. Heck, even when she was exposed, we couldn't give our blessing for her execution on the spot. Instead she shows back up at the end of chapter 3 like nothing ever happened.

Now that's a good question, considering it's chapter three..the one we break outta jail, erm, cryofreeze, isn't it? Or is that the one we get put on ice?
IIRC we get frozen at the end of chapter 2, so I'm betting chapter 3 will be the thaw. Kind of makes sense too. I'm assuming there are major spoilers in the first two chapters on how we get to that point, so it's probably safe to show the early stages of chapter 3 where the real story arc is just getting started. Plus, I think most of what we've "officially" seen thus far is from chapter 3.

Frankly the fact that they're doing this in place of a Cantina should be irrelevant. The fact alone that they wanted to release "nitty gritty" details about their expansion at a Cantina is ridiculous. What exactly would stop them from doing a Cantina on Saturday, even at the same time?
And the last broadcast was at like 1-4AM in the Americas... what's your point? I don't even remember a live stream ever being over the weekend because, newsflash, these guys are allowed to have some time off as well.
I swear, people just complain for the sake of complaining.

If killing off companions is in the expansion, then I would totally recruit Quinn and Kaliyo's back stabbing, secret selling derrieres just so I could give them the riskiest options in every single situation my characters come across. Then it's just a matter of sitting back, munching on my popcorn and watching the glory of their demise.

1) Like a lot of other people on here, I won't level a character until I have them in an outfit I picked out and a matching weapon. In fact, I'll even run a completely unmodded set with just a +41 hawkeye crystal in my MH until level 9.
2) I have a full page of dyes (many of which are pretty expensive) in one of my alts storage locker because I'm terrified of binding them.
3) I think the IA is the only class where both voice actors nailed their rolls.
4) I didn't play the Consular specific story on Rishi until after I learned about KOTFE and now I'm considering leveling another one so I can make different choices.
5) Since I can't kill my companions, I put Quinn in his outfit of shame. He now looks like a scantily clad village person in all powder blue and pink.
6) My Fem IA considered getting a restraining order against Vector. Wow, that guy couldn't take no for an answer!
7) Thinks the best LI storyline is the JK/Kira's.
8) If I see a guildmate in a WZ when I'm on one of my unguilded alts, I focus them.

I wouldn't worry too much about it right off the bat. It's been mentioned that the first two chapters are prior to the invasion, so chances are we'll have a pretty good idea what we should/should not do prior to chapter 3.

I hope they really do make a volume setting that can be turned off for companions like they discussed a while back.
Treek will probably be happy to see me but something tells me that optional companions will not be a big part of the story since not all have them.
I'd even settle for finding out that Treek lost her hearing during the invasion and can now only communicate via sign language. The cut scenes alone would be worth the price of unlocking her.

I know that it's been mentioned that if you romance Theron or Lana despite having romanced one of your companions, the truth will eventually come out. It's possible that they're saving a couple of the romanced companions for later chapters in order to give you a much more difficult decision.... which is something I think would be pretty cool. Say your agent just gives up on Temple and begins to romance Lana. A relationship then builds over the next couple of chapters, then boom... a Temple that thought one day you two would meet again and saved herself for you returns. Then what? Lana, or your agent school romance?
