Returning Sub player after three year break

It sounds like this is the best server for a returning player to join for Realm Pop Reasons. Is that correct? I play MMOs for the community of guilds and groups. (and yeah... I know that means aholes too) Any thoughts on bringing over one of my toons? ie faction/role? -
