I'm not here to start an arguement. I'm here simply to express player frustration. We all understand why maintenance is necessary. We all understand that with new patches, especially one as big as 1.2, will break certain aspects of the game.
What I am here to say is that nothing currently makes the game anywhere near unplayable. The amount of server downtime after 1.2 has been exceedingly high and as players we are getting frustrated by it.
I know you offfered a free month to the veteran players and have done numerous other things, but the downtime on top of an "iffy" customer service team leaves something to be desired. I have a friend who has sent in 10+ tickets about not recieving valor titles (he has not received one since champion...he is currently over valor level 70). Nothing has been done.
Each time a ticket is sent in I get an automated response. Not once have I seen a GM in game or spoken to one (whether it be via email, in game chat, etc.). I'm going to keep laying because I enjoy this game, but the downtime needs to be more appropriatly managed in my opinion. I know I'm not alone here.
